Eagle Capital Corp is an excellent family business. We were given one of the best representatives our transportation business could ask for. Austin Runnels is a very friendly, helpful and delightful person to speak to. At Eagle Capital Corp there is no underhanded or funny business. They are a straight forward company that is great at their niche. I would recommend them because they respond to you promptly, their courteous, and professional. I wouldn’t want anyone else other than Eagle Capital Corporation to do my factoring and any other business that I have with them. They are always polite and happy. Eagle Capital and its staff were not only helpful in assisting in establishing a work relationship with our company but they are also as helpful and resilient about maintaining that work relationship. They are quick to answer any questions that me or my staff may have and they do it ungrudgingly. No other company would I trust to handle our factoring.

Where do I begin? When we first started out and did our research of which factoring company to go with I had LISTS of people I would be calling an asking my list of questions and I took into account their "pushiness" for their persuasions for me to have their business. That being said. My Rep reached out to me and their company was actually not on my list. He spoke with me and I told him thank you for the input, NOT once did he bash or talk down about another company. He helped me get some other information even helped me understand the questions I was going to ask the other. I told him I would keep him in my list and thank you for reaching out to me. The others I spoke with were pushy, not hesitant to talk about another company badly. I took a day thinking about my options spoke with my partner and called this company back. I said thank you for being down to earth and honest and very helpful and we moved forward. A year later I had another company call me asking me to think about leaving Eagle. I asked what they had to offer and I told the guy Flat out I appreciate you reaching out but the facts you thought you had about my current factoring company shows me this would not be a smart move. Now almost 2 years and they have "worked for our business every day" I see many complaining that you cant find that they sent invoices out on time, or when a job was paid, checks lost in mail, the customers asking where invoice is, and invoice rate. 1. if you know how to properly use their portal to check you accounts due all the notes, dates sent, and received are on that portal, and if you do not know where to look they are very quick to answer their phone M-F or very quick in email response to help you. 2. checks lost in mail. Not as uncommon as you believe, this happened more then not and that is either the broker or our lovely mail system and most times if not the broker when ready will actually do a direct deposit or just "send out another check" pleases ask these brokers for check information and confirmation. most have them. 3. some companies do not check their junk mail or forget that you are factoring and you have to send them the proof of delivery (which you can find on the winfactor portal) to send them the email it was sent to, and from, and the date and time with the subject heading then they usually fine it. 4. their invoice rate is actually not all that bad. as most for starter company are 3-5% rate and that is a lot. So long as you are on top of the customer on accurately sending their payment out and working as a team WITH the factoring company to collect its not that bad , also you work hard yourself they will work again for you to upgrade your account for a better rate. With all that being said our first two years in business and that we chose this company I DO NOT BELIEVE we could have found better and this is only PART of what they have done for our company. They truly are a down to earth and joyful company I have yet to get on a phone with some one who did not have smile through the phone just one of those happier tones.

Since my company has been with Eagle Capital, I am less stressed with invoicing, collections and etc. If my go to (Mandy) is not available at the time when I call, whomever answers the phone will put me to the right person...great customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!

I'm in logistics, get that out of the way and the typical customer in logistics pays in 31 days so there whole system is not set up for drivers. When I first started it seemed good the customer service was good can always reach them Mon-Fri 8-5 but that also the only time you can do credit checks, the rebate check thing does help with cash flow but they take out too high of a rate on the majority of them, then checks get "lost in the mail", 🙄 I even had a customer call me asking if I had sent an invoice 3 1/2 weeks after I delivered the load, so there's actually no telling how many times that happens, and I was told and quote " where would we profit from that", well considering their rate changes on how many days out the invoice gets paid I would say quite a bit. But if you have money to blow and aren't worried about unnecessary expenses Eagle is the place for you.

I work in the transportation industry. I have been working with Eagle Capital Corp. since I opened my company. I can say this is by far the most AMAZING company I have ever worked with. They are friendly, funny, but most of all, they will always go the extra mile for you. You will NEVER talk to an automated system, ALWAYS a real human being!!! It doesn’t matter who answers the phone, you’ll always feel comfortable and at home. They are better than any big company that’s only looking to take all of your money and leave you with an automated person that has you on hold for hours.
