Michael is the best out there. I was working with one bank and as we were getting close to being done, it fell apart as there was an issue with the appraisal. Michael understood that I needed help urgently. He and his team took me on as a new client when many others couldn't. He was very patient and gave me clear and detailed instructions how and what paperwork needed to be submitted. He even arranged timely appraisal so things wouldn't get delayed. The appraisal went very well and were able to close on time. He even got me a great home insurance quote/agent and helped me save money.
