They are just awesome, friendly and courteous and really go as far as they can to help you. They have never turned me away, whether I need to pay bills,get gas or something for my grandchildren, EZ Collateral has always helped us out of tight situations. 🌻🙏🌄💚💜🔵

Worst pawnshop ever. I mean this guys are just terrible. They think that everyone around this area is a drug user and All they ever offer is $5.00 dollars no matter how expensive your item is. And my last review was deleted by Google, What a shame I will also be going on Yelp and rant about my bad experience with this business. Do not come here take your business somewhere else you will thank me trust me. They charge you $17 dollars interest on $20 dollar loan. I can't wait until the day I have enough money and buy out shop like this. Always remember threat others well one day they might be your future boss.

They use your items when u pawn them ,do not trust this shop with any of your electronics. Avoid like the plague..

Rude beyond belief! And they damaged my collectable that's worth over $1000! Carelessly throwing it around. And THEN they didnt want it! Are you kidding me?! Worst pawn shop ever!!!!

I would recommend this place! I've been their customer ever since they started. EZ Collateral is my go to place each time I needed cash. Getting a loan here is really fast and easy. They always give me high appraisal with my jewelries and when I'm delayed with my interest payments, oh boy! surely they will work out something for you! especially JULIO! he have helped me uncountable times :) I don't have any bad experiences with them at all!

Very shady came in today with my husband and my newborn baby guy tried to swindle us at the window was selling the SAME EXACT >ITEM I HAD and was trying to tell me $15 for it when he was selling it for $50????I also had a retailed value $1700 bike called before i came in and they told me they only buy "expensive bikes"only to drive all the way over here to find out he was only going to offer me $75 for it being in mint like nee condition smh don't waste your time like i did today at thisplace.Also the itemI had he told me he would take for $50 because it was like the others but my boyfriend brought it in and he tried lying to us and saying he told us $15!I will never be back to this shady place!

They give great deals here for your items. When I came in to pick up one of my items they even lowered my interest.
