Went to the marshfeild store and got a xbox 360 back in December 2020 and its still working also got some free games

***holes, the employees think it is ok to harass and belittle their customers. I will never buy anything from these ***holes!!

Well my experience isn't that great. Went in looking for a cordless sawzaw to match batteries or tools we already have. Need multiple cordless sawzalls for a project. Anyways I bought one that advertised that it WORKS ON A TAG but has a bad battery. So I took it to the counter and asked what he would let it go for. He said $20 cash. No receipt with cash. Well I got home put a good battery in it and nothing. So I called them and he remembers me from a hour or 2 prior. Says I need a receipt to return it. So we got into it because I never got one. This company is very dishonest. Never do business with them!! Their prices arn't even that good. I really never go to pawn shops but was in need of a sawzall asap... yeah maybe I should of had something in writing since it was a cash deal but honest people don't live the same way crooks do and don't always think the same.

Sold us video games without games inside the refused to give us are mony back and yelled at us for their mistake will never buy from them again! Was a previous customer and have spent a good amount of money there on a handful of visits.

I went to sell 35 dvds and he offered me $7.00 total. Are you kidding me. Some have 2-4 movies on them. I eveb asked if he could go up to $10 and he said no. Nobody in their right mind would take that for all those dvds. I will never go there again.

The employees working here are cool guys, I enjoy stopping in. When I have something to sell, I come here, even though it's out of the way, because they are fair and friendly.

I have spent a good deal of time and money at this store in the past. The people I have dealt with are always friendly and more than willing to help you out with items you are looking at, I have only got one thing from there that wasn’t perfect but it was on a bargain shelf and i didn’t look it over as much as I should have but I am still happy with that purchase. I would recommend this store to anyone!

I was extremely mislead, I paid interest alot of it, they told me they wouldn't take my things without a call or notice. They said because they are local they do things differently and respectfully. I went to pick up my things a week after I had just been in there, not sure what they did with it wasn't in the floor. They stole 3 of my items. Very disheartening and dishonest.

I recently purchased a nice Ibanez GAX30 electric guitar from the Marshfield store, and am very satisfied with the both the price and quality of the item. The two gentlemen that assisted in the sale were friendly and helpful. I will be returning there to look around, and may even have to check out their Wis Rapids store to get an idea of their expanded inventory. Thanks for the great service!

Wanted to give me $250 for over $1,300 worth of brand new condition top of the line stuff. Said its not worth a lot. Doesn't make any sense.
