I just bought a home and I used Jeff as my loan officer. Let me start by saying that I shopped rates. I started with places like Nova and Fairway. They were .75% higher than what Jeff was offering. Then I looked at Navy Federal Credit Union as they are supposedly "great" for veterans. Their rate was .65% higher than what Jeff could do as we were in an environment where interest rates were declining rapidly. He updated me every step of the way. Service was top notch, we closed on time and he is a stellar person to work with. I am a financial advisor and since working with him I have send some clients his way to refinance and he has saved many of my clients tens of thousands of dollars in interest .
