We moved from Alaska to TX in 2019. When we left the state of Alaska; we had a buyer for our house; so we were okay with leaving. We got here to TX to our newly built home only to find the sale of our Anchorage home sale did not go through! We had lived in Alaska for 37 years; so moving all of our things down the Alcan Hwy took two trips. One was in our car, pulling a U-Haul the other was in our Truck, pulling a 22 ft trailer. So the move was very expensive. Additionally, once we got here we found ourselves totally running two households, gas, electric etc. including two mortgages for eight months! Covid hit, my husbands mom got very sick as soon as she got here to TX (she lived with us). Then COVID hit. We were in deep; we needed to refi our new home to help reduce some of our debt. Dustin, Megan and Jackie worked hard to make that happen for us. They are a great team. This was the second time we worked with Dustin. They are all very professional and personable. As I attempted to find out how we can access our "saved" electricity if the system was down (never did). It doesn't really matter now since we won't even be getting our entire bill covered we will not have any bank kilowatts.

I first looked at the major lenders, my bank, local credit unions and those lenders I saw on TV before committing to AMCAP. I found AMCPA to have aggressive pricing, extremely transparent and a clean and easy process. I had several folks who guided me through the process. Don was always available checking in, seeing if I had any questions. Which oddly enough, I did - I just hadn’t asked him. When we were finding a home Brian Mathison who was another LO made himself available if Dustin wasn't. Kelsey FitzGerrell was our Processor and stayed on top of everything. Plus, they had a really cool app for my phone which made uploading documents a heck of a lot easier than trying to scan or fax them in. The app also kept me updated as to any outstanding items and status changes. The team also helped me sign the final documents while I was on the road moving from California to Houston, which could have been a logistical nightmare. Thanks AMCAP Team!

He is the worst person i work with he he charges me for my Mortgage to much and one month he Sale me for another bank and the charges me more money the monthly payment because he don't do the math right so my monthly bill go up bad person never called me back
