Dun and Bradstreet Corporation John F Kennedy Pkwy, Short Hills

Fraudulent offer for $500K loan at 4.9%. Never submitted interest/application for such a loan. Called back and asked where he got my number. Said "But would you still like the loan? We got your number from Dun & Bradstreet." He did not have the number for his contact at Dun & Bradstreet, and said he's "sorry that I'm paranoid." Asked him if he got a solicitation for a half a million dollar loan at a bad rate, wouldn't he be concerned? He hung up.

What the actual?! This company has my information on website affiliated with them. Information is entirely incorrect. Trying to contact them to rectify and delete this misinformation.. Anyone else had this happen?

This company operates an online directory and will not update info unless someone PAYS for it. As a company you are held hostage to have accurate information made available. If your a consumer wanting to validate a buisness guess what they charge you for access only to find in the reviews here that 1st they have to pay for it. This means as a consumer could be paying for bad info! DnB is runing a racket with business information and consumers access to it.

Terrible customer service. We've had about 6 different account executives, and they are unresponsive to our needs.

Do not work here - awful disrespectful staff

we did not pay attention to them for 10 years due to they insisted we pay them $1,700.00 to get a correct report. as we are growing, we paid. now we find they cannot even contact our creditors unless they pay! for 10 years they had no info and yet still gave our their recommendation. upon paying them, they fixed up some basics, and the score improved as we are 100% ON TIME IN ALL OUR PAYMENTS. but they still have it incomplete. disgusting. should not be supported by anyone. Experian at least gets the info, D&B is worthless to any creditor. Oh, if we pay them several thousand dollars, then they will contact the people we do business with and maybe get more complete info. requires our investment of several thousand dollars. there are legal names for this kind of lowness.

I have been trying for 2 years to update our company information on D&B. They are a joke!!!!! We used to make credit decisions based on their ratings. Now I look at my company information that is seven years old and I will never buy another D&B report for companies we are considering using as vendors. The Federal Government requires you to have a DUNS number to work with them, but none of our Congressmen ever need to try to update their information. Please don't support this company.....it has to be one the US largest scam companies in existence!
