    Honestly have had nothing but a positive experience with them, managers and staff. They helped build my credit, financed all my vehicles through them, personal loans, credit cards. Would feel very comfortable recommending them to any of my friends and family, which many of them use them too.

    Would like thank Dugood FCU.. Been a customer for years now. They gave me a shot years ago when my credit was not so good and have continued to take good care of me since. A special shout out to Sandie Amburn for her help with my latest pickup purchase this week. She did a wonderful job answering all my questions making me feel comfortable in what is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. Thanks again Daniel B

    I have been a member for many years. Car loan Credit card...at very good interest rate Personal and Business accounts. Dugood is hard to beat

    Is there a zero star review?????? I literally was just bragging about this place minutes before I started a new account here. I come in to close an old account that I had charged off so I could start a new one. Wouldn't you know the lady attached my new debit card to my OLD CLOSED ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So here I am in the grocery store in line to pay for a basket FULL of groceries and wait for it... Wait for it... D. E. C. L. I. N. E. D. REALLY?!?!?!?!?!! Most embarrassing thing in the ENTIRE world sitting there in front of all those people and have put all that stuff back up. ESPECIALLY knowing I have the money I just happened across an INCOMPETENT employee that day!!! THEN I go in to figure out why I got declined and clearly am upset about the situation. Even said I'll probably be pulling my money out and going elsewhere. While they are trying to figure it out I continually hear them mentioning "he" did this and "he" had that and what not. Implying that this is somehow my fault!!!! FINALLY they figure it out and invite me back to the counter. "ok sir this card is attached to your account have a great day".....????????? REALLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I JUST TOLD YOU I'LL BE TAKING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE! SURELY THAT WARRANTED SOME TYPE OF ABOVE AND BEYOND TREATMENT TO KEEP MY BUSINESS????!!!!!! Maybe I am being irrational about this and yes I understand this lady didn't do it and it was a simple human error but seriously could have shown some type of remorse, empathy, or sympathy for my embarrassing situation that was Y'ALLS fault!!!!!! Oh and yes I also understand that my measly little 380 dollars isn't going to break your bank's pockets, and I probably seemed like some bum off the streets because I came in in my sleep clothes, I assure you I know TONS of people and can spread the word faster than you can respond to this review that this piss poor treatment is something to expect from this establishment. Kinda thinking I should have gone to the location that I originally started my first account with. Either way I pulled my checking account dry and will be in to close my account and get my savings account money as well. HOPEFULLY this reaches someone that can give some classes on "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT". Thanks for nothing duhorrible cu.

    Dugood gets 3 stars because they have a horrible online account and mobile app service. First, The process of logging in is very cumbersome. You have to type your account number, then one of those verification code things. Once that is correct, you must enter your password. Second, it takes days for a purchase or withdraw to show up on your account. My husband and I use our Dugood account for everyday purchases. When 2 people are using 1 account it is impossible to keep track of how much was spent where. It does not even deduct it from your balance until it post. They should at least be able to show you an accurate balance, even without itemizing all the transactions. Your balance is never correct even if you check online, with the mobile app, or at the ATM. Besides the above complaint, Dugood is a great credit union. Five stars for their fantastic customer service and competitive rates.

We are sorry you find our online login process cumbersome. We use multi-factor authentication, which is required for all online banking. Our goal is to keep your money safe and secure! Our debit transactions are now posting real time so you will see your transactions post immediately. There may be some instances, depending on the merchant, that it takes two to three days because the merchant waits to settle. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about that.
