Dugan's Pawn Shop N Main St, Piqua

Most Jewelry items in the Piqua, Ohio shop are priced a bit on the UP side of "average,"; a few are set at or near maximum retail, However, you can be sure you're getting what you paid for. While they can do simple jewelry repairs, it takes an inordinately long time; of the three visits for ring sizing, for example, not one of the rings were finished in less and 12 days -- the longest lead time was 26 days. A necklace repair (the clasp) was back after 14 days and the quality was top-notch. An 19ct earring-clip repair was returned after about three weeks with a no-can-do so we took it elsewhere for an okay-repair job completed in under a week. If you're needs lean towards quality and assurance the Dugan's is a good place to go. If your needs are for fast repair service, I can't recommend this shop.

Been dealing with Andy for years. He is the best! This has to be the best pawn shop around. Might not give you much on items you pawn. But they have to make a profit too if you lose your item. I prefer them over Cashland any day.

A few times I've went in there, they were horrible with service. The guy at the front desk wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to him and brushed me off like I was a piece of garbage. If he dosen't like people, I would suggest not running the desk at the front of the store. Quality of the products inside the store were decent, but lacking. They didn't hardly have anything and what they did have was horribly overpriced and not worth the time and effort to purchase anything. As far as getting a loan there, I would go elsewhere as it really dosen't what you bring in, it seems $ 25.00 and $50.00 is all you are going to get, matter of fact, I don't think I've seen anyone come out of there with more than $50.00. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, it's a nice place to visit but you wouldn't wanna shop there or get a loan there.

The most unprofessional pawn shop I have ever been to. (Ive been to alot so thats saying something) Guy at the counter is rude. Honestly I dont see how they are still in business. Trust me, save yourself the time and trouble.

I'm always greeted when I walk in the door and asked if I need help. They have great prices and they always ask me if I want to see something up close if it's in the glass cases. They ask for ID if you're selling something, which fair enough, not a complaint! They're patient and pretty fast with service.

Much better than cash land. I took a computer tower there they look at it and they didn't want it fair enough but cash land wouldn't even look at it because I didn't bring a screen and keyboard and mouse with it. Service is friendly if I'm looking at something behind glass they always ask if I want to see it closer up. I would recommend this place to basically anyone!

Terrible attitude from loser at the counter. They keep a vicious dog behind the counter that almost attacked my daughter. Service is absolutely awful! Do not excpect to get anything even close to what you were thinking if you plan on selling or pawning items. Selection is way over pricied for what limited items are available Please save yourself the time and find anywhere else that place is a pig sti ran by rude employees.

Guy working the counter was rather rude you have a sign right by the door you'll buy anything but show up with a bunch of stuff and they wouldn't even look it over and most of this stuff was in new condition. Drove a hour to come here thanks for wasting my time.

BEST BETTER THAN THE REST SOUNDS LIKE SOME PEOPLE DIDN'T GET WHAT THEY THOUGHT THERE STUFF WAS WORTH IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR STUFF 10 YEARS AGO ITS STILL NOT WORTH WHAT IT WAS GOOD SELECTION OF EVERYTHING AND JUST MOVED TO A BIGGER BETTER LOCATION 414 NORTH MAIN STREET
