Duane Buziak is a one-of-a-kind Mortgage Sales Manager. He is a man of his word. I never felt like just another customer. If he says he can do it, it will get done quickly. He works weekends and late nights to efficiently serve his clients. He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the process. In a hectic market, Duane got me from application to clear-to-close in 19 days!! His slogan, “Live to serve” is proven in his actions.

Duane Buziak is by far one of the best in the game. He is thorough, efficient, speedy, and so very kinda. He answered any and all of my questions at any time of the day, even if I happened to email him at 3 in the morning. He made buying a house in this crazy market so smooth and easy, even when I was at my wits end. I would recommend and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know because there isn’t anyone better than him at his job. A person who loves their job and makes it easy for people is a person worth the time. He is really one of a kind!!

Where do I start, just wow. 20 out of 10 stars. With 10 years of customer service experience myself, I thought I had seen it all. DUANE PUTS THE CUSTOMER FIRST! EVERYTIME, ALL THE TIME. Duane Buziak is an absolute delight. He does what he says and goes even beyond that. I reached out to Duane over 5 years ago to help me purchase a home. At the time my credit was absolutely shot. Duane sent me countless emails with material to help me better my credit. After giving some attention to my credit score I returned to Duane with a much better score. I had applied with a couple other lenders as well, who had left me with a bad taste in terms of their ability to explain the process to me and help me accomplish my goals. Instead, they basically give you a # and prequal letter and you move along. Duane does so much more, he gives you tools you need to get out here and fight for a home in this market. He makes you feel prepared and confident! He has a plan A, B, C and D, and a fall back on top of that. This was my first home purchase and I felt so secure with Duane’s guidance! I am truly thankful for all of his experience and expertise. There aren’t many people out there anymore with this level of attention to detail and dedication to quality service. Very helpful With making the loan process ho smooth as possible. Always working I feel he doesn’t take any days off. Always a quick response with any questions! Also Duane does an excellent job explaining the loan process where the borrow can understand completely!!
