The loan officer is definitely not responsive and it was hard to get any status regarding the loan. In fact my appraisal was initiated 20days after my loan process was started, and I was made to pay extra money to get this process accelerated. It was great to work with the loan processor and the loan processing coordinator, they were very helpful and responsive.

The entire process has been smooth from day1 with the online applications and everything. Indy helped us lock a very good rate and made sure we got the closing in time as early as possible. The efficiency of document sharing and e signing was great and fast. Would highly recommend to friends.

They provided the best interest rate and mortgage insurance quote. Their timeliness to get the loan approved was great. We were on a tight timeline and they delivered what they promised in that time-frame. I would rate them 5 stars if their communication will be a little bit better than how it is right now. But there were no hurdles due that in the process.

All loan officers I spoke to, were very receiving, friendly. They had patience to explain, educate me as I am first time home buyer. Evn I got competitive, very slightly less rates/closing costs frm other lenders. But main reason I chose Indy/Draper And Kramer is becos my seller had financed this house from this corp earlier, this made it easy, quick to close as I was in a time crunch. I used to be very uncomfortable to ask any question to Indy. Other than communication he is v quick in closing. In addition to that if I had been treated as a customer with respect would have been better rather than treating me like a project.

Indy was great, he went above and beyond in (re)locking my rates. It took 5 months to close my refinance mortgage. I understand that the COVID pandemic delayed the closing, and they had other loan applications. However, I would have been greatly satisfied if there was a better communication during the process. I had to email/call DK Mortgage every week to push and get an update. I might do business with DK Mortgage again but might be skeptical on referring anyone to DK Mortgage in future!
