Very straightforward I went in looking for a quick collateral loan of a good amount of money they fulfilled their end of the deal. Everyone was very friendly and professional while I was in the store. I would recommend to anyone needing the services of a pawn shop.

Call about an item i lost and hoped to buy back. Over heard an employee calling me Michael Vick followed by a dog bark? I clearly said my actual name. Took a minute to click but i was charged with a misdemeanor animal cruelty charge fairly recently. It was for alleged neglect and was completely untrue. I feel that was what was being referred to and I'm pretty hurt by it. I don't shop or pawn here often and i never will again due to an extremely rude reference by an employee while the owner i was trying to talk to was there.

This is a fantastic business. Great deals great service and the people who run it care about their customers and their experience.

I have used this pawnshop since I was 18yo to buy and sell things bought consoles,computers and even tvs from them always great and friendly the owner is a good guy and his employees are extremely helpful

Each and every worker, including the owner, help contribute to an inviting and friendly environment. As an awkward and socially anxious person I am extremely sensitive and picky about customer service. You can tell the employees are treated well and seem to enjoy their work. I failed to make a payment on an extremely overdue pawn recently and with zero expectations asked if I could purchase the item at full price. The owner informed me that he had personally paid the pawn and set it aside hoping I would return. One last thing; I promised an employee j would mention them in my review and now I can't remember her name! So, to the young lady with dark hair and glasses working last Saturday, thank you for your help!

Fantastic business but I would give a half a star if I could, they wouldnt do a pawn for me because they judged me on a legal charge that I had gotten that had absolutely nothing to do with them.....hahahaha....good luck guys, thanks for everything!!!

they do excellent sales returns trades. they treat new customers great and old ones even better. I have used them for years and have had them bend over backwards for me.

Best shop downtown to stop by and kill some time. Never know what you'll find!
