I just recently bought a car here with my husband! I love the car so much! We even got it for an amazing price and were able to pay for it in full! After we bought the car they fixed the breaks did an oil change and made sure everything was good to go! I really enjoyed Ashley for helping us find an amazing car. All of the staff were extremely helpful and fun to have conversations with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Wife and I were looking for cars. I saw a car I liked online at Downtown Motors. Decided to pop in and take a look at it. Glad we did, it was the car for us. We were treated very nice and courteous. We discussed a price that we were comfortable with, and they made it happen. Jim the owner is a great guy to buy a car from. We also got a 90-day internal parts warranty, which no one else can honor. We had one miscellaneous problem, and they took care of it promptly at no expense to us. Also, Bobby the salesman/mechanic is a great and honest man. I highly recommend him for anything. Jim, Tracy, and Bobby at Downtown Motors are outstanding. They are all knowledgeable, and extremely customer service oriented. They have quality vehicles, and in a kind and supportive way, work hard to put you in them! Most importantly, they have integrity. I thought at first I found the most perfect car. 4 door, great on gas, manual, sporty it was perfect. The first problem i saw was that I was never told about any interest rates because I was paying cash, and I was told it would be 5700 out the door and instead now I'm paying like 6100 and I haven't even had the car for a week and the serpentine belt broke on me while driving and possibly more because I started leaking oil so if I were you I wouldn't believe a damn word when they say "we don't sell cars with problems here"

We found our perfect vehicle here! Bobby the salesman was helpful. Our 07 Rav 4 came with a 15 day, 500 mile warranty! We had a issue, and was told to bring it back, they fixed it, and it runs like a top! They stand behind their warranty!! Customers are their business!

We bought a 2005 Isuzu Ascender here while on vacation as it was very low miles and showed up on a pre set search and just so happened to be near where we were on vacation. I contacted Ashley and she arranged everything and worked with our complicated situation getting us the car in a single day with a loan from our own Credit Union. It saved me a lot of money on shipping and they could easily have tried to take advantage of the situation. I was able to secure a good price, on great car, with even better customer service. I wont have occasion to be in the area to buy a car again any time soon, but can highly recommend them as a good place to do business and get a fair deal. Ashely deserves a raise for her efforts and does credit to her sometimes questionable profession. I consider myself a savvy buyer with high expectations and they delivered in all fronts.

We popped into downtown and found 2 cars we liked for our price bracket. Bob was friendly, polite and not pushy. He answered our questions and was happy to help even though it was at the end of the day. We returned the next day and bought our car after dealing with Jim, who again was very accommodating. They even don't mind if you check the car over with your own mechanic. We did and found there to be an issue which Jim has been doing his best to solve. We were even offered a temporary replacement car for the interim. All in all great service and a place we would recommend thus far.

Buying the car was simple and the staff was friendly. Within 3 days however we had a couple of issues that the dealer took care of but I was told they were "helping me out" (by buying spark plugs and fixing an air bag sensor required by law before the sale). I almost returned the car within the 15 days provided by law as I felt I spent more on the car than it was worth once I started driving it and I truly wish I had. The car is now making a weird sound that I am now liable to fix and I am convinced I could have bought the same quality of car for half of what I paid. They also presented an extended warranty that I opted for thinking it would be helpful that cost me $1,000 and only covers drive train...that one upsets me the most. Nice people but I would not go back.
