Disappointed of a credit union, these people literally work when they want inside is closed more than it's open. Only advice I have is if your a member of this credit union go to the one in Southgate on Trenton rd,

They are very nice employees, very patient, give me my answers to all questions, love the credit union, 😀

Cindy and Liz are awesome! Everyone here always is top notch and helpful! I love banking here and these ladies make it a joy to go in and say hi and feel like they care!

I will say for all the years I’ve been a member here this has been a great place to do my banking -over 20 year member. Thank you employees for all you do to keep things positive in such a hurry up and demanding world.

No indoor ATM and no assistance to provide to customers when their drive-thru ATM was out of service. The one staff person; I saw was friendly enough to tell me.

I banked with this establishment for 3 years until today. Today Downriver Community Federal Credit Union left me stranded 50 miles from home when they decided to lock my debit card because they wanted a copy of a document I had. I explained to them when I called that I would bring them the copy but I needed them to turn my card back on, at which point they doubled down and said they would not. I calmly explained to the employee that if my card was not turned back on then I would be forced to withdraw all my funds and close my account, they found that resolution acceptable so that's what I did. Thankfully my wife was available to take them the documents, and withdraw all of our money except what I needed for gas to get home.

They are very polite and helpful. Plus they have all your banking needs.

It woild be great if people using the drive-thru would have their Paperwork filled out BEFORE hand as it's RUDE to make others wait because your to lazy to have everything ready! Should have a sign like Livonia Credit Union Drive-thru who won't wait on customers who aren't prepared because they can simply walk inside, get a deposit/withdrawal slip and not hold up the line! Love Downriver CU and wish it were still open @ 8am 😌

I love my credit union, but hate the fact they charge 5% for Members to use the coin machine.

I would like to THANK all of the wonderful members at the Credit Union, and staff for the well wishes that I received following my recovery. I am lucky to work with a community, that is so loving and caring.
