Not bad, not amazing. They close at 4 pm which is pretty inconvenient. I can only get there if I have time off during the week. Honestly I didn't even think to check what their hours were before becoming a member since I've never known a bank or FCU to close that early. My fault I suppose. They were recommended highly by a family member who works there. So far they are just good.

Terrible hours. Makes it very hard to actual go there to do any banking.

I have an auto loan through them. I set up automatic payments that never seemed to happen so I still have to pay many manually. Their hours make it difficult to make transactions. If I call within last half hour they hang up on me. I was going to open up a checking account with them, but not if I don't feel welcomed.
