Dorothy helped me refinance my home recently. There were several issues that came up throughout the process (through no fault of her own), but she handled everything patiently and competently. Most of all, she has integrity and is willing to work with you to meet your needs. She was very responsive to my many questions and always provided thorough answers. I could not rave more about Dorothy if I tried. So communicative. Always available via text (a big plus given the day job.) Always quick to respond to emails. Terrific about follow up. Terrific about explaining the next steps. My refi took three weeks. It would have taken less time had I not delayed a few things. I've worked with other brokers. They don't hold a candle to Dorothy. Call her. Don't think twice.
