During a very stressful purchase, Don was always available to help guide things along and his team was always on top of everything, even with a fairly complex jumbo mortgage with a piggyback loan. Five starts is not enough! I cannot say enough good things about Cross Country Mortgage. Don and his team went above and beyond by exploring different options with us. We were denied from other lenders for a conventional loan, who did not take the time and effort to request additional paperwork needed to help make this loan happen. The additional time he took to review documents and talk to us made all of the difference. We always felt like we were more than a client or number. Don’s team is the best!!! Very professional, attentive, PROMPT and always made us feel comfortable along the process. He has been our go to expert for several years for all our needs; first and second mortgage, refinancing and even just to answer questions.
