Don Wood is a great place to buy a vehicle. When my husband and I were looking for a bigger truck, Shaun Pugh helped us secure a wonderful 1794 edition Tundra that had just arrived. Shaun gathered up the truck's reports and went over the history with us. He showed us the unique features of the Tundra and discussed its towing/hauling capabilities which was a very important consideration for us. You can tell Shaun's an honest salesman because he did not try to hide the very few flaws of the truck and was happy to discuss them. Since it had just arrived on the lot, the service team hadn't had a chance to detail it so Shaun rushed it to the service crew and they worked their magic and aligned the tires while Shaun guided us through securing financing and finalizing the sale. Signing papers can be a boring process, especially since this was an out of state transaction, but Shaun's sense of humor and upbeat, can-do personality made the task fly by. I bet the dealership wishes they could clone Shaun! We drove away very happy in our beastly Tundra.

I was in the market for a Tahoe and found Don Wood via Auto Trader. I spoke with Mark Sheets regarding the Tahoe listed and he was very helpful with getting a car fax report and even held the vehicle for me until I could test drive it. This was my first car loan and the team at Don Wood was very patient and explained everything, helping me through the process. They even let me choose the lender so I could deal with a branch in my area. Great group of people and I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a new car. Mark knows some great local restaurants as well!

Our car broke down while on vacation and they drove us 30 minutes away so we could get a rental car. They also helped us load our car so we could get back home with it 320 miles away. First off, i bought a 2016 silverado 1500 from Don wood in may 2021 and the experience was great with my sales guy kohn checklick. There was no pressure and i didn't think i would be able to get me approved but he did and he was super awesome and funny during the test drive and his attitude is great! Secondly, i drive truck over the road and my silverado wouldn't start last time i was home. After the warranty company paid for the tow, James in the shop was top notch in giving me updates and suggestions and was super nice and very professional. He fixed it while i was 1300 miles away in Utah. I thought it was a transmission and fuel filter issue but luckily it was just the battery and the computer needed reprogramming afterwords.There was peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in great hands while i was trucking on the road. Whether it's service or sales, you'll have an amazing experience here! A++++++++

Listed a car for $1000, wouldn't put a picture up. And listed that Basically nothing was wrong. It was was closer to a $300-$500 car. They have had an insane amount of people look at it and leave it but they still call you over and 9ver trying to get you to buy. It would make me skept on buying from here at all.
