The very best service I have ever gotten at any bank, bar none. This bank reminds you of an older time, when people were friendly, they know your name, they know your kids names, and they treat you right. While they may not have the cutting edge in bill paying techniques they make up for that with low interest loans and great service. Worst credit union in the world. Once my credit card is paid off I will never use them again. To give anyone an idea of how bad they are, they are not within the DOE building in Maryland anymore because so many people refused to work with them.
