We purchased our first Ram last August, Big Horn Eco diesel. Loved the milage 23/34 mpg on average. My wife decided that she wanted more luxury so we were notified when a new Eco diesel was available. It was a 2022 Laramie. James Henderson was our salesman. He did his best to get us a good price. We have always been treated like a valued customer both in the sales department and in the service department. My wallet is a bit smaller right now but my wife is a lot happier now. I was looking on line for a vehicle and found one at the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Winter Haven. I filled out a little questionnaire and set up an appointment to go see the car. I got to the dealership and they were expecting me, they greeted me brought the car around to let me test drive. I really liked the car and there was no pressure to buy or sell the car. The car was really nice so i bought it on the spot. My man James helped me fill out the paper work and bought me dinner. Thank you James for making the experience fun and pain free. my salesmen Keith Miles did a great job thru out the process of ordering my Jeep . he help me to verify all the options. he then verified the factory accepted the order and would build the Jeep as requested.he then let me know the Jeep had been built and was in final inspection and shipping status.he notified me that Jeep had been delivered to the dealer .i picked the jeep the next day. Jim Lawson financial officer did a great job finding a low interest rate. the new vehicle clean up team up job also did a great job. this has been one of the best new car experiences.

Sales process was great. Much easier than previous purchase at different dealers. Salesman, Steve Knope, was great. He made the whole thing pleasant. He explained what was going on. Clint the Sales manager came over to chat. The trade and purchase pricing was fair. The finance manager called the credit union to get a good rate rather than just using a chart. This picture is their idea of a bill of sale when they purchase my vehicle from me. They were just interested in buying my truck and pushing me out the door That's how I felt. Did not feel welcome as a customer at all. And the reason I needed a bill of sale was because I was trying to cancel gap insurance and get a refund for the unused amount and the people I purchased the truck from contacted them numerous times to get any type of bill of sale from them and got no response for like 3 weeks so I ended up going in there myself and refusing to leave until I received the bill of sale 😞 and I should have gotten the bill of sale at the time they purchased my vehicle but they only thing they gave me was some scribbled piece of paper without a date or even the company's letterhead on it so that was not acceptable as a bill of sale yeah would not recommend this place if you want to be treated correctly

We dropped the van off 9am on a Monday and some one was suppose to call us to tell us what was wrong with the van !! We called, called,, called!! No one got back to us!! By Wednesday ! We had No call we had r neighbor bring us down to service department!! We were going away we needed a car so we had to rent one. We’re thought the Van would be done by Friday but it wasn’t we had to rent a car which cost us $369.18. Then we weren’t sure we were going to get a car to rent because they are scares but thank god we got a car and went. Clifton Whitaker promise we will be able to pick up Van by Tuesday!! So it was and we were able to take renter car back!! What a ordeal !!

Not recomended. They wants money. Had an incident with Whitaker. 2 recalls in my car, they haven't finish. I'll go better to another dealer ship. I'm not a kid to tolerate, the way they treat people.Need more training on customer service. This guy talking to me like I'm a child. Was so rude. I told him that he can't talk to me like trash and Mrs. Stephanie said I was rude since I came in to the store in the morning. She said that I said Hello, hello and only said good morning while she was at the phone. If you have video. Better ck. To see who's lying. I going to report those guys. Whitaker and Stephanie.

I made an appointment for 12:00 today. I received no less than 10 emails and texts reminding that my appointment was at 12:00 today. I arrived at 11:45 to check in and it was a 15 minute wait as they " 3 out of 5 service advisors were out unexpectedly today". I then sat there for another 60 minutes with no indication as to when my vehicle could be taken in for examination. I asked and was not given a time frame. I then decided that I need to leave and make another attempt at another time when I could either drop the car off or wait all day. I feel that with as many emails and text that I received I could have at least received an email or text advising me that there would be be a longer wait then normal because people are out. I find this to be unacceptable customer service.

Regardless of making an appointment, you’ll still be sitting here for at least two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They will not start your appointment on time. I selected my services online and was told that they don’t do what I selected for the price shown and I would need to pay $50 more to get the service I requested instead of honoring what is on their own website. Another time I paid $1200 to fix an engine problem, left, light came back on, went directly back and was told I’d need to pay another $1200 to fix what the problem ACTUALLY was.

They were very quick getting the recalls on my truck. However, the service department had a not so welcoming tone or approach. Other than that, I had a good experience with the time frame.

Had an appointment at 8am on a Saturday and was out in less than an hour!!!! Drove up from Sebring because the dealership at home, made us wait 4 hours and NEVER did my oil change..Great staff and dealership is very nice!! I called the dealership and scheduled to test drive a vehicle I was interested in, when I arrived I was greeted by a sales man. When I got into the vehicle to drive I was told I could not drive the vehicle cause the Manager said I couldn't. Then I was told they have to run my credit and numbers to see if I even qualified for the vehicle, I have to do all that just to test drive a used vehicle?! I felt discriminated, humiliated and embarrassed. As a veteran I served my country for equal rights, so I walked out the dealership. I'd rather walk than spend my money purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Unprofessional customer service people, never say hello when a customer comes or leaves. they do not look into your eyes and are not very nice people. I will no longer use your services for my machines and I will not speak well of you. Back to my old deler, albeit more distant. I advise you to better prepare your staff. I would have given a 2 Star if the service manager didn't step in and correct the problem. A service writer should not tell a customer that parts are required that do not need replacement. They should tell the customer they are recommending them while doing the bad parts that are required.

Guess because it was the 4th they were closed (I get that I should've called) the annoying part is the security intercom asking you to leave and to tell us we're were trespassing and needed a password. My car was in service due to a warning light. It was found I needed a new thermostat. Although my car was in the the repair shop all day, I’m very happy with the work that was done. Not having the repair part in their inventory slowed the down the process.

The customer service here is terrible. They’ve had my dad’s truck for a month now and we have gotten barely any updates, they rarely call to give someone updates on their vehicle. They just want your money! Luckily my dads truck had a warranty on it

I specifically asked Clifton about the phone number that was to be contacted, verified the phone number and lo and behold they called the wrong number I waited two hours after the fact my car was done before I called to find out if it was ready and they said oh it’s been ready sorry we called the wrong number. That’s not true he looked and told me that the text saying the jeep was ready went to the wrong number

I purchased my vehicle 🚗 from Lakeland dodge in sep 2021 but upon my arrival at Lakeland Dodge I was questioned on where I bought the vehicle and it clearly said Lakeland Dodge on the tag I left Lakeland Dodge service department upset no one has contacted me about the problem at Lakeland Dodge they treated me like I was a criminal and I stole the car I’ve only had this vehicle for four months after that I searched online for another Dodge Chrysler Ram and found the Dodge Chrysler Ram of Winter haven I went to the service department there and I was treated with the upmost respect I appreciate Winterhaven Dodge Chrysler Ram because my service advisor she was super awesome and help me with a lot of issues that Lakeland Dodge did not help me with she did not treat me like I was a criminal my advisor name is Stephanie and Stephanie you save my life… It’s because of Stephanie I now have a oil package on for my vehicle and I also have several other items fixed on my vehicle because of Stephanie thank you Stephanie you are awesome and I see you on my next oil change !!!!!!

so this is for my service experience at this dealer ship so i had taken my town and country in for wipers not working properly they fixed wipers and i was charge almost 200 dollars for a 4 dollar fuse and 1 hour of labor which ok but the insult to this is being charged a shop fee for 15 dollars that was a slap in the face fee was told shop manager would call me but never called i tried to reach him but no contact so for this fee it cost them a new car sales i went to bartow and bought a new jeep from other dealer so i hope this fee was worth losing a customer

Saw a Jeep online at this dealership that I was interested in purchasing so I did a bit of homework ahead of time. Went to KBB to get an estimate of what my trade-in might be worth and went to the Jeep website to see what options this model offered. My salesman, Phil, was absolutely fantastic! Definitely a low-key salesman who did not do a hard push to sell me something for the sake of making a sale. This place is horrible for service. My front tires are bald. They claim to have rotated the tires July 2021, October 2021 & January 2022. Back tires have plenty of meat left on them.
Cindy, we are sorry you did not have a great experience with us. According to your vehicle maintenance records, you have never replaced your tires. Tires need replacement when they reach around 50,000 miles and your vehicle has over 80,000 miles on it.

Absolutely horrible there are way overpriced then they didn't fix the problem and blamed it on something else I talked to the service manager who is supposed to talk to the gentleman who worked on the car and get back to me no phone call no text nothing I would absolutely never tell anybody to go there or go back there again myself

We replaced 1 speed sensor on your vehicle and you drove the vehicle and said the light was back on. We rechecked it and found both rear sensors need to be replaced also. The service manager talked to you and said we could replace both for $250.00. However, you wanted both replaced for free. We had already adjusted your bill from $580 to $250 to help you out. With a 15 year old vehicle it is not uncommon for sensors to go bad.

I setup a rental car for my first visit and was told when I arrived there were no rentals left to give me. After waiting a couple of hours I was told they needed to get parts from another store. They were nice to provide a ride home and picked up again later. I came back for a separate issue weeks later, that was very minor. After more than an hour, I paid and went to the vehicle to find it wasn’t touched. When I went back in I was told there was a miscommunication and they would get it fixed right away. My vehicle then sat outside for another 25 minutes. Hours lost for a minor problem.

We drove over an hour to see a Durango. The vehicle was exactly as described online (we've had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past) so really appreciated that! Very quick process with buying it and really feel like they went above and beyond for me to deliver it to me when I was in a rush and couldn't finish the whole process and had to leave. I was only there about 30 minutes to test drive and start the buying process and I had a personal reason to leave and they we understanding and accomodating to me. Everybody was nice and made it a smooth process! Would definitely recommend this dealership!

The service was extremely good. They identified other problems that I was not aware of and fixed them all in a very timely fashion. The waiting area was clean and designed to support current guidelines for social distancing. My vehicle was protected with plastic convering on parts that might be exposed to other people. All in all, my experience with Vickie and the support staff was excellent and I continue to use them for service!

Overall a pleasant experience. Needed an oil change and was able to just show up without an appointment. Waited about an hour and a half in total, but the first 25 minutes of that they hadn't even taken my car back yet. Service employees were extremely friendly and the mood of the room was very pleasant. Didn't make me feel pressured into getting services I didn't want. Price was also very reasonable.

I am writing this review to let other consumers beware if you have your vehicle serviced for repairs at this dealership it will take weeks if not months to get it repaired, if you have extended warranty Dodge/Chrysler of Winter Haven The low payment kings, has had my vehicle since October 4th, 8:30am when I had it towed there and to this day October 28th my vehicle has not been touched as a matter of fact they have lost my vehicle twice I’m not sure how if it’s not drivable (smh). This experience is disappointing, frustrating, and flat out unacceptable. I can go on and on, on how this on going process has been and the lack of communication which has been like pulling teeth I can never get a hold of anyone and left numerous messages with no call backs, I could name names of people in service that promised me that they were going to take care of me and I’m still waiting but I’m not going to do that as I do respect their privacy, time and family plus I was raised right. I just wish they would have respected my time and my family since I have had to lose work to go up there and I’ve missed out on personal special events with family and friends like my own birthday party 2 weeks ago because my vehicle is STILL at Dodge/Chrysler of Winter Haven the low payment kings.

Bought a brand new Ram truck in 2019, they tinted the windows no problem. Went back to buy a Jeep and they didn’t even consider it, lied and told me the windows were already factory tinted which they are not. Other than that good dealership but lack of consistency.

I bought this vehicle from the group of dealers that this dealer belongs to. I bought it used and purchased the Platinum (best) warranty. I took it in for repairs and the ABS is not working, but they said the part will take 3-5 business days to get there. I then found out that the warranty company only pays for rental for actual repair time. Well, most repairs don't take more than a day, but there is often time spent waiting for parts or for the dealer to get to it. Apparently this warranty doesn't cover that, they only cover time it actually takes to do the job. To me this just sounds like a scam by the warranty company... buy a warranty and get a rental for covered repairs! Unless the part is not in stock and there is not a mechanic available to fix it right now!! Then, you're on your own. I like the dealer group overall, so I won't give less than 3 stars, but I think this warranty is a major fail when it comes to rental.

I’m fairly new to the Jeep Family but both times I have visited this location for an oil change, it has taken hours to complete. I arrived for my 3:15 appointment at 3:00 and handed my keys to a lovely service representative named Susan. I let her know that we would be waiting for the vehicle but would be grabbing lunch at a nearby restaurant. I called to check in on the vehicle at 5pm and was told that the vehicle should be about 20-30 minutes more. I did not get the keys to my vehicle until 6:15. I don’t believe that this a service standard for any Jeep dealership.

The vehicle was brought in for a/c service. An email was sent to me at 10:59 a.m. with diagnostic results and recommendations despite the fact that I was sitting in the waiting area. I do not carry a cell phone and could not respond to the email. No one tried to contact me in person. I waited until about 12:30 p.m. to ask a service adviser about the status. I was charge $292.30 for an A/C motor-blower with wheel. The printed explanation states, "Found the rear a/c not blowing, slightly pounded rear h/vac housing and got blower motor to run." Nowhere does the writeup state that that blower-motor with wheel was actually replaced. When I arrived home I found an email was sent at 1:16 p.m. reminding me that I had a service appt. for 8:30 a.m. If this were my first experience with this service dept., I would not go back.

I’ve been to this dealership for service. Yesterday being the last time. They do a great job at finding ways to either not fix or find away to make it so they can bill you. Even while under factory warranty. I sold my grand caravan after they changed the battery u set warrant for the 3rd time and it lost communication with the factory DVDs and they refused to repair. I will not own any more Chrysler /Dodge products sold because of there service and in particular the manager Shays terrible customer service Jim

To begin, I will never return to this dealership to purchase a vehicle.... my reason for this is the disrespect i encountered with the sales man Matt Reider. From comments made when I was believed to be not in earshot to telling me to my face I was wrong over something so simple. Overall he was disrespectful and when I returned to finish my paperwork he got in his car and left the dealership stating he didn't want to deal with me. Very disappointing to be purchasing a 40k vehicle and to be treated this way. The only reason I purchased my truck was because I liked it, if there were other options available at a different dealership I would have went there.

I bought a ‘20 Classic 1500 14 months ago. At the time of purchase, the salesman looked me in the eye and swore that the truck was an exact replica of the ‘18 1500, that 09-18 parts would fit…..same truck. Well, he lied. I finally got an honest man at that dealership to tell the truth. Different wiring harness, so any of those extras you yourself can add after purchase aren’t possible. Unless you’re buying a work only truck, don’t buy a classic and for sure don’t buy from Winterhaven. That’s yet another lie I’ve caught them up in. Seriously, do not buy from these people.

Terrible experience with the service department,$100k vehicle was towed in due electronic power steering failure,they refused to supply rental car.The car magically started working the next day at the dealership. I go to pick it up and while I’m waiting a gentleman walks in and returns they keys to rental they gave him why he waited for a $26 oil change?

Phil and Bill are great to work with. Got the truck I was wanting. Salesman,James H. was ok, but he delivered a truck that wasn't properly cleaned, didn't go over any features in the cab and starred to get upset/argumentive with me. He also didn't answer some of my texts/phone messages. Phil told me he'd see that my truck would get cleaned correctly when I could bring it back to them. UPDATE!!: Phil,Shay,Suzzie and Clint are taking great care of me. My truck was recleaned correctly when I was able to get it back to them. The service department had to correct a couple of warranty things while they had it back. A lot better experience. My son has also bought a new cab and chassis from Phil.

Made a oil change appointment Tuesday for Today. When I called to make appointment I specifically asked if they had my oil filter in stock and was told yes. I said are you sure because every else is out and the service rep said I’m sure. I dropped the jeep off at 8:10 am and my neighbor drove to pick me up. Around 9:00 am, after I am already back home, they called that they are out of the oil filter, The same oil filter I confirmed they had before I made the appointment, and I needed to pick up my vehicle. I have asked for a service manager to call me back about the issue and I am still waiting for a call at 4:00 pm as I type the review. I have bought 2 Jeeps from this dealership in the last year and I am really disappointed in the service and way I was treated today. Took off work and wasted mine and my neighbors gas and time to come there.

Made an appt for a recall, oil change and tire rotation, got there for them to tell me the recall couldn't be done because it had to be left over night. After 3 1/2 hours waiting was told they could rotate the tires on a dually so they only did the oil change. My 2018 Jeep Wrangler was experiencing issues with the battery. They setup an appointment on the same day and ran diagnostics and determined that the battery was failing. They replaced the battery under the basic warranty at no cost. The staff was courteous and attentive to my needs. A job well done.

Had a great experience at this dealership I bought a Renegade which I love my sales guy was great but the Finance Guy was horrible he ran my credit 6 times now I have A1 credit and he ruined it with the 6 hard inquiries now I cannot get a loan or even apply for credit BEWARE !!!!!!!!!
Cory, we are sorry you were not happy about the finance portion of your visit. Shopping for the best interest rate and finance terms sometimes will take 5-6 times. However, this should not drastically effect your credit. If you apply for more credit right away the system my flag it thinking you were trying to apply for a bunch of credit cards at once, but the system should eventually catch up and see that you were just shopping for a auto loan.

Great customer service, we bought our journey here after a bad experience at dodge Posner park. This dealer is not as close to me and that's why I come to this one maybe once a year to get my oil change the one thing keeping them from 5 starts is how outdated the kids room is. It has barely any toys, the TV doesn't work, it was dirty sorry but for me is a big deal since I usually have to spend about an hour here with a toddler.

I've been getting both of my Dodge's serviced her for almost a year. Mainly because of their one service advisor Jason Leontitsis. This guy has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. He always takes the time to call me to remind me or service work that is needed. He calls to check up just to make sure everything is going well. And he also keeps a close eye out when both of my "babies" are in the shop. I have been with him since 2016 and when I found out he was leaving the dealership by my house, I made sure to find out where he was going so we could follow him. He ended up getting placed at this location (over an hour away) but we didn't care. My first time there I was greeted by him and his Manager (forgot name sorry) they assured me EVERYTHING would be taken care of and already had a rental car waiting for me. UPDATE: it wouldn’t let me leave another review so I decided to edit my previous one lol Bob Watson was the one who took care of my Jeep Wrangler 4XE on 2/28, 3/1 & 3/2, It had some problems when I put it in 4L and the whole Jeep locked up. I am from Northern Canada, my truck was in a Hotel Parking lot for a year and a half when the Borders Closed due to Covid. I called a dealership closer to where my truck was parked but they would not have anything to do with towing it and getting it fully serviced. We made an appointment last week for general service to be done at 8:30 am the following Monday. I arrived about 8:15 and was greeted at the service desk by the most pleasant and professional service writer I've ever encountered. We've always had great service here but what a great experience this was. Everything was completed exactly as it was written on the order and in a very short period of time. Then the same service writer popped in to the lounge and said I was all done. I met her at her desk where she went over everything and I was on my way. My wife and I inquired about an used truck, but it had been sold. Matt Reider showed us a few cars that we were interested in, and drove me to Lake Wales to pick it up. After some time discussing financial issues he was able to get us approved and we purchased a 2017 Chrysler 300. We had purchased a Sebring in 2007 and received excellent service from Dodge of Winter Haven. This time we received the same if not better service, and Matt was determined to satisfy our needs and he exceeded our expectations. Matt is a wonderful person who treated us with respect, and handled our transaction like a professional. He introduced us to Jim Lawson, for finalizing and signing of the documents. Once again we were treated with the same respect and professionalism from Jim, a good fella to deal with an a Veteran as well. Thank You for your service. Over all service was good . I took my Dodge Caravan in to fix driver side window motor. When I got my car back the airbag light has been on . I called them back about it and they totally dismissed my claim that the airbag sensor in the door could have been affected since they were in the door panel fixing my window. They then said I would have to pay more for them to diagnose the problem. Otherwise would've been five at least 4 stars.

This was a really pleasant car buying experience. We were asked by a salesman walking by if we needed help. We were just looking at the models at first. Then as we were ready to get more serious, we found another salesman and he was more than willing to help. James Henderson was professional and courteous throughout the process. I was not satisfied with the service. I was quoted $40-$45 for an oil change and I ended up paying $80. I was looking to get multiple oil service package that was quoted to me for $40 with tire rotation. I did not need a tire rotation this time so I was encouraged not to get the multiple package. When I was paying I was very surprised to be paying double what I was quoted. I expected to pay $40-$55. When looking into the charges they even added a customer pay shop charges for repair order? Not happy at all. I came to your shop for 5 years to get an oil change on my Durango and Never paid this much for a synthetic oil change. Not happy this time and I hope during this difficult times you can resolve these issues and have more clarity on your service department.

Luis was fantastic! When my car wouldn't start after work he was patient on the phone walking me through my best options to get the car to the dealership and how to leave it (they'd be closed by the time we got there) for them to check out the next day. We arrived 15 minutes after closing and he was still there wrapping up. He opened back up to intake the car and make sure we were set even though it was a Friday night and I'm sure he'd rather not be there! The next day they worked my car in first thing in the morning, replaced both batteries and completed three pending recalls and a complete inspection. My car was ready to go, good as new, before lunchtime. The staff was responsive, friendly, helpful, patient and professional every step of the way. They went above and beyond to take care of us in what, for me, was a stressful moment even if it was routine for them, and I appreciate that! We will definitely be back for our service needs.

Customer service is extremely poor. That is if they even answer the phone without sending you to their voicemail first. Been waiting 2 weeks now just to hear back when they can “schedule” my warranty work on a truck bed that was not installed correctly when I bought the truck. But it’s no surprise, when I was in the process of buying the truck in their showroom a disgruntled customer was very vocal about his experience as well. I should have took the hint and bought my vehicle somewhere else

Did an online application for financing and got an email stating to call them to continue the review process. Talked to one person who then redirected me to another who then redirected me to another and no answer, which is no big deal because people get busy, but i left a message, and never got a call back. Missed out a potential sale...

There was a $30 charge for having an estimate written even tho I got the work done. The service writer was kind of rude. I’m traveling through from California and needed a headlight, to the tune of $547. He was very matter of fact and had no ability to commiserate with me on the outrageous price. I had no choice but to have it done and he knew it. If I lived here I wouldn’t go back, although the woman service writer was kind and helpful.
