Kept me informed through the whole process. Always, always responded to my emails in a timely manner. I hope I get to work with her again in the future!

So far everything has been amazing! Josh and everyone that have helped so far have made me feel confident I’m moving in the right direction. Honestly, it’s so cool that this company isn’t just a lender, but the educate and facilitate what you want to do. I feel more excited and less scared to do my first deal because I know there are pros right here checking boxes I may have missed.

This program seems to be good if you have a perfect scenario! It’s a time killer and involves a lot of evaluations, contractor visits, and involvement from property owner. Property can not have tenants in place so be aware of that. If time is of the essence for your project do not go this route! It’s a lot of up front money to try to get zero down. Just go with a regular hard money lender and save yourself the time and money. I thought I had a very good scenario, but still wasn’t good enough. So good luck to anyone who thinks they can do it.

OMG! I can't say enough about Jason Alatinin! I asked tons of questions and Jason was right there on the phone answering all my questions. Jason was so pleasant and very patient and calm to deal with. Carlos was really great as well, he also helped me! Please call Jason or Carlos and ask questions about investing they both will be there to answer? You guys' Rock!

Do-Hard-Money is a great company, my experiences with Haley, Neelam, and Meaghan has been nothing but exceptional. As we’ve been closing on multiple deals Haley”s knowledge helping with the rehabs and administrative skills are excellent, Neelam management and drive to get deals closed and houses ready to be sold is such a great resource when trying to get houses on the market, Meaghan customer services and drive to get business done is some of the best I’ve seen in a long time. I could say so much more about DO-Hard from a positive perspective that it would take atleast 5 paragraphs to express the experience but I wanted to specifically give kudos to the staff that has helped me in everything I needed. Thank you, You ladies are Phenomenal!! ☺️💯

This was the absolute worst company to use. I’m telling everyone that uses them you are going to lose money and jump through so many hoops. I was explained that I would have to put zero money down besides 3500 dollars and then they told me that I was going to have to put 17k down. Don’t let them make you fall for it! Horrible explanation in the beginning process .

Nice folks, BUT they do not make it easy to do deals. And if you’re not happy you will NOT yet your money back. $3k +.... You’re much better off finding a local bank. Wayyyy easier to deal with. I’ve done 3 deals with a local bank and haven’t tried to go back to DHM. If they would just give me back part of my $3k I would be happy. The fact that they will not give a refund or partial refund is pretty sad honestly.

SCAM!!!!!! I'm on pace with everyone on here and the BBB. It is my first time trying real estate so I was optimistic to get help They advertise financing but then say you need part of a program they'll take your hard earned money with no intent to help you. The main number is always changing and they erased the hundreds of bad reviews that I saw a few months ago while researching. This is not a legitimate business!

Great company to work for. Reports are simple to understand and upload. Turnaround times are reasonable. Barbara is always available to respond to any questions I may have. And there is never an issue with getting paid like some of the other companies out there. You get direct deposit payments quickly, usually within a week.

This company is a massive SCAM. I signed up for service that had a 3 day money back guarantee. They weren't able to host my onboarding call till day 4. On that day it was clear that this was a scam and any deal that I brought would require tens of thousands of dollars contrary to what I was told on the initial call. I requested my refund. I had zero response to my request that was made nearly a month ago. I followed up again yesterday and was told someone would call me. A rep called me today and basically told me too bad. This is a major scam that just prays on people to give you the $3000 with false promises of affordable loans. They have no intention of actually doing any deals just keeping your money.

Do Hard Money has been a great company to work with so far. They do a great job in explaining how the program works, how to get 100% financing, and how to find great deals. Brittni Chase was the person that I had the opportunity to speak with and she did a great job showing me how to maximize the use of the resources.

Her attention to detail and friendly customer service skills keeps clients coming back to get their deals done. Do Hard works for new and experienced investors who are seeking an alternative source to fund deals.

Do NOT let this crooked company take your money. I've been a contractor for 18+ yrs I'm willing to put in the work, as long as I know the REAL numbers I can make it work. Do hard money makes it impossible to get a deal done because they lie about costs & terms. Even if the numbers are feasible on the software they provide, they will find a reason to deny it and keep your money. This company lacks integrity. Every deal that has been denied gets taken off the market a few days later. They scam you out of your money and then scam you out of your deal.

Jaydon, Steve and Nicole have all been helpful in answering my questions. I've not had the chance to speak to them via phone but in regards to email... their replies are within 5 minutes during regular business hours. I can't mention after hours as I've not had the opportunity - But as mentioned before. They're quick to respond with answers that are helpful in decision making. So far- Good job DHM crew.

Nicole Cronin was very helpful. I had some more detailed questions about the application phase of getting my contractor vetted. She encourages more questions which allows me to address all of the concerns I have in the loan application process. It allows me to communicate effectively with my contractor and agent.

Barbara Anderson is the most professional yet friendly person ever! She is patient, yet expects efficiency for sure! She represents Do Hard Money, and their clients, so well. She actually makes me feel like I am an important piece of the puzzle! She makes me want to do an even better job than I usually pride myself in doing. Do Hard Money, and their clients, are lucky to have her.... but honestly, we, the Realtors, are the lucky ones to get to work with her. She is such a pleasure. Drew has been solid this far. I'm a very skeptical person and he's been understanding and helpful. I just signed up today (Sunday) which happens to be his birthday. He was adamant on helping me get set up today and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. Carlos was a great initial experience as well. We will see how the first deal goes and I'll update accordingly.

I have worked with Judy on a couple of occasions and she has been so professional and an absolute joy to work with. I am getting back into the groove of things so I contacted DHM to follow-up on changes. From the the very first time I contacted DHM (2016) until today March 10 '22. The customer service just gets better as time goes on. DHM makes adjustments according to the market and the needs of the investors. I want to give a very BIG shout out to Jason and Kayla. Kayla was so kind and sincere regarding my needs. She has excellent customer service skills which is far and few these days. I asked if I could speak to someone so I could get a refresher on things and she assured me I would get a call back. And finally Jason who called me back and filled me in on some of the changes that DHM obviously made in the past couple of years. He listened and made me feel better about my journey. Jason is professional and very kind. I definitely recommend DHM to any investors that may want to start investing.

Please please please do not waste your MONEY. I'm a combat veteran and shame on me for falling into this trap.I admit I used poor judgement signing up. Im am very optimistic person. Wow I had some dreams behind this investment. In my experience this company has not shown that they are committed to its members. The lady , which was supposed to be my sponsor, told me from the beginning "I'm your biggest cheerleader" I have not heard from her again. Not even a text message to see how I am faring in my endeavors with Do Hard Money. I hope the 3500 is worth it. I may just be a failure so I won't express too much contemp but IF indeed Ryan G. Wright and team are practicing scammers I pray God's judgement on this company. I know what they'll say, "Well we see that you didn't finish the module in the backroom or use the tools we provided" Well well it does not require 3500 dollars to YouTube anything taught in the "backroom". My question is why won't they charge a monthly fee and not require 3500 up front 🤔. This is my perspective and opinion so take it as you like. You have been warned.

This business is worth 1 star for the library of information they have available if you're new to real estate investing. However, they require 3,000 upfront to use their services. Their criteria for houses are so restricting it's nearly impossible to find one that qualifies, and the loan origination fees and interest are so high the total loan value isn't worth it. SKIP.

I don't really have anything bad to say about the Company. At the time, it was an investment I didn't have any issues making for the sake of my new real estate business. In the end, I found a less expensive solution that offered most of the same things, but I don't regret starting with Do Hard Money.

Just joined, so far I'm thrilled with the results! I will provide an update of this review after my first flip.

We have been working with DHM as an investor for a few years. So far it has been profitable; however, we are constantly reminded (by what's going on with our loans) that it is also risky - we can lose our investment or we can be dragged into a long and grueling process to recoup our investments. Luckily, we haven't encountered these. People working at DHM all seemed nice and friendly. Our loan serving coordinator, Neelam DeYoung, is particularly helpful. She stays on top of things, communicates with us, and is very willing to help. Working with Neelam is one of the highlights of our experience with DHM.

Great experience so far, Kayla has been extremely helpful, and provides quick responses anytime I need assistance!

So far, very good. They are professional and have great tools. I have not consummated a deal with them yet, so take the rating for what it is worth. If anything changes or after we finish a deal together I will add to this. UPDATE 1/20/2021: After not using their service I cancelled without a hitch. Until it came time to stop the billing. They continued to charge my credit card. When I finally noticed the erroneous charges, I called them about it. They assured me they had cancelled the account. I thought I had made an error in timing. NOT SO. When I called them again the next month they said they had no record of the charge. Long story shortened, they refunded me about 15% of what they owed me and then quit communicating with me. Would not do business with them again.

A friend of mine sent me a link to an article about DHM. I spent some time reviewing their funding options and was very impressed with all they have to offer. I also like the live chat feature. Nicole Cronin was the agent on that chat and took time to look into some details for me that were not simple to answer. Excellent customer service. Thanks!

Do hard money has been very professional and punctual. their response time is always within 24 hours. they give really good advice and guidance. although I am still working on my first deal, they have made this process very enjoyable and very informative. you can tell that they care about you the investors well being. very grateful and thankful for this company.
