I am so glad I worked with Eswara to get the loan process. He handled everything like a breeze. We had a complicated loan application with self employment 1099 and W2 mix and I was working with another lender to get a loan. He couldn't find a solution to get a loan approved. I lost hopes and thought we would not get a mortgage, then I was referred to Eswara who took time understanding my case with utmost attention and was able to get able to work a solution for my loan application. We were on the phone for almost 6 hours and was prepped my documents carefully and presented it to the underwriter and was able to get me a loan approval in 5 days from start to clear to close. Eswar was very professional throughout my entire refinance process. Even though I was receiving notifications from the my loan app he still took time out of his busy schedule to call me to make sure I saw the update.
