I used DML for my first mortgage and now used them for my refinance. The team goes way above and beyond through out the entire process. They take you calls and answer all your question. If you are interested in buying a home, DML Mortgages is your answer. Huge thank you to James, Lisa, Jen and the entire DML team who stuck with us through a roller coaster ride and got us to the finish line. Our home buying process was one hiccup after another, with no fault on DML, requiring a change of lender, an appraisal dispute, and roughly six months to get to the closing table. They took care of everything when it came to our loan, the lender, the appraisal, and I'm sure much more we weren't even aware of, which made a stressful situation very manageable for us. Throughout the entire process the whole team was always available to answer any and all questions we had through email, text, and phone calls. Complex financial information around the home loan was explained thoroughly which made us very comfortable with the loan we ended up receiving and confident that it was the best option available. Communication around the process, what to expect next, what was expected of us, etc was also very clear and very detailed. This was such a pleasant experience. The team at DML was so professional and attentive. James contacted me immediately ( in 5 minutes) and explained the entire Re-fi process which I knew nothing about. He was always following up to make sure we were on the same page. I loved the fact that the entire team helped us step by step and were in sync. Lisa and Jen were great and so accessible. They were really helpful with my home insurance issue and I was impressed that they took care of a lot of the little things, making it easier for us.
