This company looked out for my best interest and they were always staying in touch with me with any and all changes. It's been 3 years already and I'm glad I did this. I'm so proud of myself. I have had great credit all my life until a series of bad circumstances put me in a financial pinch. I contacted DMB. They were so reassuring and savvy. They provided the right solution for me and within a month, my budget was stress-free. My primary contact, Pam, has been so efficient and simultaneously friendly. DMB saved me tons of excess interest payments. They helped me become debt-free and my credit rating is terrific. Be aware of signing with this company. I suggest you check out the BBB complaints because the same thing that happened to me, happened to other people. They will extend the term, need more funds and then leave you with a debt that was included in the original contract and you have no choice. After enduring poor responses, poor communication ( I have everything documented) and constant turnover and after almost 4 years of faithfully paying my agreed upon dollar amount, and a couple months before my contract was up, and paid off, they call me and say they need more money to complete my term. I reluctantly agreed tp pay about $1,000 more that our agreed upon amount to settle. (from $4,000 plus to $5,000 plus) A couple weeks before my term was completed and all my cash commitments were made, they inform me that can't negotiate an account and removed it. So now I paid $1,000 more and on top of that, they left me hanging on a $2,300 debt that I will have 2 more years of payments to this debt that I was listed my this company as being negotiated for the entire 4 years. They issued me a $1,200 refund but still owe me about $1,100. And mysteriously, this debt was listed at $1,000 and when they told me they couldn't negotiate it after 4 years, it suddenly jumped to $2,300. Why did it increase? No one will answer my questions. I will end up paying $7,300 from a $4,000 agreement. I don't know how this company allowed to have a BBB accredited A+ logo on the bottom of their emails if their not and accredited business. I filed a complaint with the BBB, this company responded to the BBB that they would get a hold of me and work out a resolution that would satisfy me. Its been several weeks and do not return my calls.

3 1/2 years ago I was desperate for a way out of my credit card debt. The balances were high on 11 cards and between the interest rates and amounts owed it seemed hopeless. Searching for a solution I came across DMB Financial. I had nothing to lose so I placed a call. That was my first step climbing out of the hole. I turned my debt details over to them and they took the load off of me. Negotiating reasonable settlements and working within a budget I was able to afford. It was slow but steady progress but my credit card debt is resolved and I can breath again. I recommend DMB to anyone that finds my story familiar. Let them help de-stress your debt situation.

DMB Financial has helped me a lot, I had about 8 credit cards maxed out and couldn't find relief trying to pay for them, and I didn't qualify for any loans so one day I somehow came across DMB Financial, I spoke to a representative and just went from there, we were able to settle my first credit card fairly quickly after I signed up. I must say, anyone out there if you need help with your debt I would choose DMB Financial. The program is great and the people are wonderful to work with. Don't get into a debt settlement neither with these guys or any other firm! They WON'T tell you that your credit is affected for 7 years. YES, 7 YEARS. The remarks on your credit report will stay for 7 years. Of course is better than having late payments, but if you can afford at least minimum payments, keep that, is much better than hiring any debt settlement company. They will never tell you that some banks will ban you for 3, 5 or even 10 years to have a credit card/credit relationship with them. They will never tell you that for example if you owe 20K, they will settle you for 11K, then on top of that, you will owe IRS the "forgiven" debt. On top of this, DMB will charge you their fees. Also, my personal experience with DMB... not so great. They are really bad in answering phones, returning calls, literally - the moment you sign the contract with them, they ignore you! Think twice, do your research and DO NOT GO with these guys - or any debt settlement company in general.

DMB has the flexibility and resources to work with you under a plethora of circumstances. My agent, Maria O'Connor was nothing short of fantastic with her follow-up and proactive action steps in assisting with my debt and payments. Through my time with DMB, I had lost or switched employers a few times and when circumstances made it more difficult to pay down the consolidation, Maria had creative ways to assist and was readily available when I needed her. Program worked out for me well. My customer service experience was great overall. A Couple things I did not like, personally, was the changes in hands to handle my account. My account management changed hands like 4 times. Another downfall I was not to fond of was the lack of access to my account to see statements and what not. Everything was a process to find anything out.

DMB has been great. They negotiated most of my debt and made payment simple by consolidating my payments into one monthly bill. They've saved me thousands in interest and I'll be completely debt free this year! I get regular phone calls from my representative who checks in to make sure I'm doing well financially. I highly recommend this program. Just be patient in the beginning. It takes some work on your end, but it's worth it.

Four years ago my husband and I reached out to DMB financial for help to resolve our debt problems. After accepting and agreeing to help us, the process began. The process was so easy and DMB took over our debt. With a monthly payment we could afford DMB began the process of working with our debtors, they did all the work. The agents for DMB Finacial are just wonderful. They kept us completely informed on the progress that was being made and settled with each creditor. They made courtesy calls every 6-8 weeks to see how we were doing, if we had any questions and to give us updates on the progress. I was a bit leary at first on this process, but it was our only option, besides bankruptcy, so we gave DMB a chance. I want to say it was the right decision. We have only a few months left and we will be debt free, all debt will be settled. We can not thank DMB enough for professional service and friendly support they gave us. I would highly recommend. Thank you DMB for all you have done and for seeing us through to the very end.

DMB is not a reputable company. They tell you one thing up front, and then try to screw you over time. They tell you that they will settle accounts that WILL NOT settle, and they know it. You start owing one amount and they want thousands more before it’s over. Their people are rude and uncaring. They have zero integrity. I would NEVER deal with them again. They also don’t communicate with you on a regular basis. They were told in the beginning that one of my creditors would not settle, and now 3 1/2 years later, they never once told me this, and that I would have to deal with it on my own. However, they got their money from me for trying to settle it. Stay away from DMB Financial!

I had a great credit rating, excellent money management skills, and tons of credit - until one major financial upheaval. After that I couldn't keep up with my minimum payments and things looked really bad. I thought about filing bankruptcy but called DMB first to see what they had to offer. In less than 4 years they have helped me pay off over $15,000 in credit card debt and get out from under that burden relatively painlessly. Applying for this loan was a quick and easy process. They stayed in touch with me and let me know when creditors agreed to payoffs and if I needed to change my due date they also worked with me. They stayed on top of the process the whole and now my debt is clear and my credit score has started to go up. Definitely would recommend to others that need help to get out of debt.

This company is above board and very transparent in what they do. I have been burnt by another group that did debt help and was shy trying DMB but they put me at ease with their professional help and program. I'm very pleased with the offers of debt reduction and really felt they had my back and best interest at heart. I would strongly recomend them!

This was an awesome experience. The staff was patient, and well knowledgeable. Even though there were a couple of change overs, the new person working with me was well aware of my debts and the issues I was having. I had a summons with a loan agency; and they handeled it for me; all I had to do was fax or scan and send. They answered any questions that I had. They were upfront and called or emailed me when a bill was paid off. They helped me pay off my debt in less than three years. They were flexible when I couldn't pay on time and they helped me change my payment date, no questions asked. Just be willing to work with them- let them know at least 5-7 days in advance to move it. I owed a very large amount in debt. My program was over 4 years. The client consultants at DMB were always courteous and answered any questions I had throughout the years. I am happy to say my debt is now settled and indeed 2 months early. I would recommend using DMB financial to anyone that needs this kind of service.

These debt settlement companies can be very skeptical, However DMB has really ease my mind throughout the entire process. What has helped me through the process is having constant communication with my service rep. Their portal is straight forward and visible. All the fees they charge you are visible, however you have to bring it up to them on what all the fees mean. No I don't recall ever going over there 25% service charge for each settlement, however they are capable of settling at 40% or 50% with the creditors so that is good. Part of there service includes attorney fees just in case you need representation, however it's most likely a scare tactic on the debt collection side so don't get too worried about it. 2 things I would stress: Get into the program first and then decide what monthly payment you are comfortable with. I was able to reduce my payment once I got into the program. Your credit score will take a significant hit so I would suggest you sign up for one of those credit score apps to keep up with it. Does your credit score rebound? Little by little since you are essentially reducing your debt but those late fees and charge offs may stick to your credit history for awhile. All in all, I was not worried about my credit score, all I wanted to do was resolve my debt in an appropriate and timely manner that did not involve bankruptcy.

I just completed my program, DMB was amazing at getting my accounts settled, working out the fine details, and working with me every step of the way. I would recommend DMB to all who need assistance and are barely treading water to stay afloat each week. Lets be honest, that's about 90% of us nowadays esp since we pay for everyone else's taxes and bills, so its hard to keep up let alone get ahead. They work with you and your personal details and the best customer service. Highly recommend !

Hello Everyone, I was so in debt in 2018, I knew it would take me years to get out from under it. Then I came across a company called DMB Financial. Spoke to a person (Quincey) and together came up with a plan to help me get rid of this debt. In less than 4 years I am now debt free. I owed about 10 different companies about 150,000 dollars when I started and now I can begin building my credit and be able to afford buying a house.

I have finally paid off all my credit cards. This took 4 years but it was worth it. I had Cindy Bolyard that helped me get through this. She would always contact me and answered all my questions. It was great to have a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable person to help me these past 4 years. I would definitely recommend her and DMB Financial to anyone of my friends.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone period, go somewhere else!!!! The service is horrible, they contradict what they tell you based off of who you speak to, your assigned agent changes consistently , their follow up is horrible even after several phone calls and emails and even though they give you a program and payment plan in the beginning they still come back and tell you that you owe them more Working with them I felt like I got the run around more than I got results and honestly felt like i was getting conned towards the end of my program. A lump sum was sent in September, my last settlement didn't get paid till December which should have been the end of my program only to be told i owed them an additional $800 because of their fees and my program isn't closed. My settled account I'd still showing as open on my credit report after over 90 days since settlement and their response was to send me a letter saying it was settled and contact the account personally so if I am having ton really why am I having to pay service fees?? Seems I'm doing all the work

DMB financial is exactly what they claim! The debt resolution I was looking for , always available to help me and take my calls and willing to work around any thing that comes up to help me through it. Quincy is always willing to go above and beyond to help me!

Very helpful. They always kept in contact with we when loans were getting settled. If I ran into a problem I would call DMB and it got resolved. Very happy

Excellent service and program to resolve outstanding credit card debt. Their fixed terms are honored and they will negotiate with creditors on your behalf, and in the end you will save on interest and credit card fees you would have otherwise been responsible for. While negotiating debt can initially bring down your credit, you will see a long-term increase by paying off your debt earlier than you would have otherwise.

DMB Financial was flexible with me during the 3 and a half years I worked with them. The most significant moment was when my third creditor tried to get me to court. As frightened as I was, my client representative reassured me, and without much direct involvement from myself they figured out a plan, began paying the settlement amount, and my case was dismissed. I called DMB needing help to settle some huge debts that I was unable to work out on my own. Creditors absolutely refused to work with me. Though I didn't dispute what I owed, nobody would work out any sort of relief plan. DMB came in and was able to negotiate settlements with all of my creditors for half of what I owed! If you're in financial trouble, call DMB and follow their directions they WILL help get you out of debt. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to friends.

I've been working with DMB getting old cards paid off and so far it is working well. The best advantage is having legal representation when a creditor takes your case to court. My only complaint is that my first two agents weren't the best for me, in my opinion, and due to some settlements not going as low as hoped, my plan got extended by 12 months. And there were some instances where additional payments were needed. But my current agent, Ashley, has been great at doing follow-up calls and being on top of my account and letting me know of any changes. So far its been good working with them and it's still better than filing bankruptcy.

I was being overwhelmed with personal loans and over extended credit cards and could barely keep my self from losing everything. I started dealing with this company about four years ago. In the first year I was really thrilled! They settled my first account for less than half of what I owed. By the time we got to the second settlement offer we had to increase the amount that I paid each month. There were a few times I needed to send in a substantial lump sum in order to accept agreements. So needless to say I was no longer a big fan. But in the last few weeks Cindy Bulyard took over my account and I am back to being thrilled. She stayed right on top of everything, gave me great advice and we were able to complete the program 9 months ahead of schedule. If you are thinking about using a debt settlement company be ready to take a big hit on your credit rating. Mine dropped 360 points. But I have managed to bring it back up by 220 points and it's still going up each month.
