Brought in 750.00 worth of Milwaukee fuel m18 tools and batteries for a 200.00 pawn told me could only do 150 because I was a new customer.so when I start pawning my stuff regularly then they can give me fair value lol

Very well maintained! I purchased a tool set that was very much needed at the time I explained my situation and the lady named Dee was very helpful and took her time in helping me find the specific item I was needing. She opened it and showed me the whole set as well as took the time to help me look for a replacement socket I needed as well. They are very clean (which is extra important during these times), maintained well, and the price is perfect as well. The customer service that I received that day is few and far In between. I would highly recommend this store they honestly treated me like family and I will be returning to this store every chance I get for purchases, selling, and title loans as well. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I called ahead to see if they were taking some of my items on pawn and Deedee was who spoke with me and she was wonderful. Very nice, and treated me like I had been there for years even with this being my first time. She offered me options , and even gave me an extra five bucks at the end ,and also gave me credit in the store for later. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a business. You guys ROCK !

They make you feel very unwelcome. Every time you walk into the building you feel a hostile presence. All the staff are very rude and want nothing to do with the customer. I have tried selling some items there 3 times and on all occasions they refused to make me an offer and told me in these very same words " You don't have anything that we want." In a very snive tone. Do your self a favor and go some where else if you are looking to buy or sell an item. I hope anyone thinking about going here reads this before taking the trip because you will most likely leave with an over priced used item or with the feeling that you are an idiot and that everyone hates you.

Love them have bought a variety of things from them guns, games, tools, and I have also Pawned many things and got them back easy love them will always do business there

The staff were very nice and didn’t mind my constant questions (thankfully) The story is really well organized weapons in the back military surplus to the right tools in the middle and appliances up front. The staff are very aware of the value of everything in the shop, and everything is in perfect to almost perfect condition. Great place.

My wife and I were on vacation in Gatlinburg T.N., I was looking for an automatic rifle for a future hunt in Minn., These guys were my 3rd stop, and they had the used gun that I was looking for, and they treated me like family. I bought the gun and several boxes of ammo. The next time that my wife and I go to Tennessee for vacation, I will be sure to go by their shop. These guys are real professionals, they know how to price and sell used stuff. I rate them as A1, go see them, they are good people.

Bought some ammo at ridiculous prices for the sake of this review, without which I wouldnt have proof. Was charged 1$ a round for 7.62x39 and roughly the same for .223 Remington. It is in these trying times that people will remember the "small businesses" that we should support. Dixie pawn is a small business that is immoral. Just keep this in mind as you contemplate shopping there.

Very Friendly, and Knowledgeable Staff. I have foundt many great bargains here from : Name Brand Mechanics and Carpentry Tools,such as Craftsman wrenchs,Heavy duty hammers , masonry tools etc. To:Name Brand Power tools including:The old school hard to find or wear out Black and Decker drills, as well as Newer products that have come out such as: Ridgid circular saws,Dewalt corded Electric Impacts etc. I have used these items for many yrs after purchase, thanks for the great job Dixie Pawn!

They’re usually quite busy...and nice! Very fair with me on any transaction I’ve gone there for! I like the return option they offer on stuff! Never had a problem! You’ll see....!
