Entire management staff was kind, patient, and thorough in dealing with my father's estate account after his passing. Paul was very diligent about helping me to get it done. I so was grateful for the service I received, I became a member.

I have been a member of Fort Knox Federal Credit Union (Abound) for about 4yrs or so and never had an issue, however when I walked in last week and seen they replaced all their employees. To me it is very important to have a relationship with the bank employees and I was not to happy. So, this just gave me a reason to find another bank, plus they only have two locations in louisville which at times is a pain in the butt. Ashley was the first person I encountered and was very impressed with how personable she was and how quick she answered my questions. I was hesitate to stay and open an account because it was 4:30 and they were closing at 5:00, however Ashley said to stay, no problem at all. Amanda Diehl was great. She has a great personality, friendly, explained to me in full detail what account I can open, the perks from being a member, and the classes that are being offered for Credit Repair and House Buying and told me to join the class. Which I do plan on it for sure! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the fee to be a member. I feel I am judged and put on a lower pedestal just because I don't have a "certain credit" score. This alone with turn people away from becoming members, especially now since there are so many ways to get a debit card online that offer just the same as a local bank (chime). I could see a $5-7 fee but $12, that is pretty high and I don't get as many perks. Then I have to wait 6-12 months to move up to a better account.
