Out the three homes that we have purchased this has been by far our favorite experience, and team that we have worked with. I was having a home built and after being delayed 5 months changed gears and purchased an existing home. Dionni was able to make this change seamless instead of starting over from square one. Holly was wonderful at making sure documents were delivered in a timely manner, and also quick with responding to all my questions about documents. They also were in direct communication with my realtor with everything which made the process so smooth! I was a bit nervous about the whole home buying process and thinking it was going to be so difficult, but Holly bent over backwards for me making it extremely easy.
