He checked in with me frequently when I was looking for a home and made sure I had letters when needed. Misty was phenomenal! She communicated everything that was coming up and what next steps looked like. The app that they use for documents is so easy to use and I was able to text Misty when I had something uploaded and they were able to get to it immediately. Everyone made everything so easy and I could not recommend this agency enough!
