Digital Federal Credit Union Greenleaf Way, Burlington

This credit union is the baseless union i have ever seen. They approved my loan for auto refinancing and they approved my loan. They asked me to apply for a membership and they rejected my application for membership not even giving an exact reason. I have reapplied for the membership 4 times and they keep on rejecting but not even giving any reason why it was rejected. Who in the world rejects the membership application and approves the loan application. Clearly this is a useless and don’t even waste your time.

No fee checking, high savings rate. Big banks are a disaster. Also I paid off my auto loan early. The low interest rate helps.

Never an issue here. The line moves quick if there is one and all my banking needs are always accomplished to my satisfaction. Plus, they have some of the lowest loan rates around.

Worst financial institution I have ever worked with in my life. DCU “Dont Call Us.”

The most horrible branch of DCU in MA. They simply do not care. I use ro go there on average 2-3 times a week. After about 6 months the fact that ATM always has problems became an axiom. Never, I repeat NEVER, I used their drive in ATM successfully. I complained every single time. Parked the car, went inside, complained to tellers. Response was - what do you want me to do. And when I answered how about trying to fix it, they all looked at me as if I was crazy person. Then I started complaining to managers about non functional ATM. They all listened and all promised to to take care of it. Last complain was about 2 weeks ago. And sure enough, this morning I go to make a deposit and ATM is not working. This is sad. All other branches are extremely friendly and helpful. In Andover their ATM was broken once and I asked about it. They thanks some for reporting and guess what? ATM was fixed next day.

I agree with the other reviews, this location is probably one of the worst. Teller drive thru line wait is minimum of an hour. The atm for deposit constantly glitches. Our initial experience there when signing up for an account was also poor. The person was more interested in people in the waiting area than us and associated the wrong address with the account and did not deposit the money for us, we had to go into the Teller line afterwards which we thought was weird.

I had Jason G as the representative at Dcu in Burlington he was very informative polite made me feel welcome and a variable customer. Helped me and my issue was resolved.Walked in with a problem and left with a 😃 😊 😀

The worst business ever done my girl friend got approved for a loan given rate and payment based on credit approval... and was suppose to get a called back from loan officer... she's calls and they say she was never approved and don't know why she was given numbers . They make false business promises ... dont do business with dcu horrible place of business ...

Member services rep that I worked with absolutely either hated her job or simply does not like working on the weekends. Never again to this branch. Horrible experience

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. This location is an absolute mess! If you need to bank at all you have to use the drive-through. That’s fine, understood, the issue is that it is a minimum of an hour every time! It is absolutely ridiculous. Make sure to give yourself at least a two hour time slot in your busy day for any banking needs you might have. Never recommending DCU bank to any person I know or will ever meet!
