My (now) fiancé and I designed both my ring and her band at Diana Rae. We received 5 star service from the moment we walked in. Mandy assisted us with the custom design. She made the process simple and fun. We were able to design a gorgeous ring at an affordable price point. The ring was everything I wanted and more. We are now clients for life!

Great and friendly service. I left a message for at least 8 jewelers in Lafayette and Dianna Rae Jewelry were the only ones who returned my call. They were extremely helpful and went beyond my expectations of a normal jeweler. They even sent me pictures to my phone of items I wanted before I even went to their location. Price was very reasonable and they did not try to push you to buy. You can sit at a design table and look at your jewelry selection on a 40” screen which was very nice. I was able to get my mother’s cross custom design within a matter of a week. Beautiful craftsmanship and would recommend this store to anyone that believes in a quality and great customer service.

My experience at Dianna Rae was wonderful. The showroom is gorgeous!!! The staff was welcoming and eager to help. I had dropped off two timepieces for battery replacement. My work schedule hours had prevented me from being able to make it in a timely manner during their hours. You guys really made my day. My mom recently passed and I was given her wedding rings and my grandma's wedding ring. They needed to be cleaned and I took them somewhere else and that place told me I needed to give them the rings in order to clean them properly. I wasn't ready to have these rings out of my sight so I decided to go home and do more research. I happened to come in while they were celebrating their 7 year anniversary (congratulations!) but someone still made sure to come right over and greet me. Visited Diana Rae Jewelry to have some repairs done on my wedding set and other pieces. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. One of my repairs was done while I waited as it was very simple. The other repairs were ready in one week and were perfect! The store is beautiful and they have some stunning pieces of jewelry. I also noticed that they have a wide selection of engagement rings and wedding sets and bands. I like to shop locally for jewelry and Diana Rae will be my choice for jewelry in the future.

I used the custom design service to reset an very sentimental inherited diamond and I could not be more happy with my lovely ring! Hannah was amazing at helping me with this process. They sent me rough draft 3D renderings of the ring I envisioned and quickly made requested revisions as well as 3D printed a model of the ring for me to try on to assure I loved it before it went into production. It was ready sooner than expected even right after the holidays and it truly exceeded my expectations. I also had a repair done on my wedding band that came out perfect. I would 100% trust Dianna Rae again with any future jewelry needs that I have. Everyone was super sweet and made this experience very easy and special! All of their jewelry is to die for and I was super pleased with my custom design.

Wow...What an experience...I wanted to get my wife something special to celebrate a special occasion in our lives. She is really into "different". Met the owners of this place and they invited us to come by...I was hoping I would find at least one thing I thought she would like. Well...Big problem! Everything in the store was "different"! I commissioned Diana to have custom cuff links made as a wedding present to my husband. We worked together to design something very unique and special. She was able to use the black Tahitian pearls off of a necklace that my grandparents gave me. It was surrounded by diamonds. I loved how we incorporated the birth stones of my husband (pearls) and myself (diamonds) for this exquisite piece. The quality and craftsmanship is superior. The customer service before, during and after is top notch.
