As an American living abroad taxes are extraordinarily more complicated. Diana and Jolene have done a superb job in leading us through all the mine fields. They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. Could not recommend them more.

RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Also, my wife and I were told by our tax preparer Jolene that we could meet with her when we picked up our taxes. My wife called and asked to set up a time to meet with Jolene to go over some questions about our tax return. I was told that I would have to write down my questions and she would get back to me when she had time. I was told she was too busy to meet with us. Really poor customer service. We will not be going back.

Hershey Employee Very Dissatisfied - I am unhappy with DRA because they significantly raised their fees and then were very rude and displayed lack of transparency when I asked why. Many fees increased by over 15%. Also I invest in Real Estate and they incorrectly capitalized my expenses over a 27.5 year depreciation when they could have been expenses in the same year. I needed to get that fixed with a more savvy accountant. That could have cost me thousands of dollars in taxes in 2017. Unprofessional about their fees and unprofessional about their accounting!

I've gone here for two years. I've had Lori Althoff both times. She's the third accountant I've used in the past 20 years. She is undeniably my favorite. She's a real human being, super smart, and always makes me feel like she remembers us and we are important. She has done right by me each year and done a thorough job in a timely manner.

I was recently audited by the IRS and Diana Reed helped me through it every step of the way. I love that they're local, it makes all the difference in the world. When I call them I know they'll be there to answer all of my questions. Their responsiveness and expertise is what impressed me the most.

This place was a bust for a few reasons. The first is that it is really expensive. I'm all for paying of course- someone else is doing this for me after all, but the $300 or so for federal, state, and local caused a bit of sticker shock. (we have had this done for us back in Philly before and it wasn't that much) secondly, and this is a much bigger deal, is that they did not file an extension when they implied that they would. We moved soon before we went to file so one of our W2s went to our old address. they (Diana Reed) implied, if they didn't outright said it, that they would file an extension- and I thought they had. then I received a letter in the mail saying I owed the IRS money for a late fee- a very unpleasant surprise of course. for those reasons, we went elsewhere this year and will not be returning. I'd advise others to do likewise.

What I love about Diana M. Reed & Associates is the personal attention that they give to their clients. I've been a customer for years because they know what they're doing and they treat me like a real person, not just another number.
