I highly recommend Scott Pomerich and Diamond Residential Mtg. They completed a refinance for me in less than 3 weeks without any problems despite some credit issues that came up. They helped me work through those issues quickly and were able to close incredibly fast. My last experience doing a loan was with PNC and they were so slow that after 3 months of being told weekly that more info was needed that I finally had to cancel my application with them. My Loan officer from Diamond Mortgage was David Erdal, let me just start by saying I WAS a first time home buyer and thanks to David's help I was able to get a good rate and loan for the home I love. Being a first time buyer is hard, there are so many steps and David was patient and very detailed when I asked questions. He has great communication, follow through and was extremely responsive. Even when I ran into issues or items I didn't understand from my attorney David would walk me through that paperwork as well. I honestly would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home! Chris is great. Buying a home can be a daunting experience, especially for a first time buyer. When I had reservations about the home I was buying (which was already under contract), Chris was as equally supportive in me pulling out of the deal as he was in me purchasing the house in the first place. He never pressured me to do anything - he always supported me with what I wanted.
