June at Diamond was an angel sent to help. She put me at ease and helped to find an answer for a frustrating and worrisome situation. I cannot thank her and all others behind the scenes who helped me in a difficult time. I usually always go through the Drive-thru for service, but today I decided to go in and I was greeted and taken care of right away by a very lovely lady named Debbie. She had the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you Diamond Credit Inion for making me feel welcomed and appreciated.

I am fed up with this institution and disgusted with this branch in particular. I went in with questions on why I was charged multiple overdraft fees while my account was seemingly positive, and was shown a statement of my account activity on the rep's computer that did not match the account activity timeline I had pulled up on my mobile app. Was basically told that I had funds in my account that were frozen due to holds, which is all well and good however it seemed like they were picking and choosing which funds to freeze and when. The rep (who was very patient and nice, no complaints about him) and I sat and literally the math separately, and kept coming up with different numbers. He finally called in Jen, who seemed to be his manager or something to try to help explain where things went wrong and the way she treated me was totally unacceptable. Unbelievably condescending, rude, very impatient and was no help at all. I did receive a refund for some of the fees charged. I recognize that I'm not so great with money and take full responsibility when I do overdraft, however this time I felt I was being lied to. The fact that my account activity according to their computers did not match the account activity reflected on my app, in terms of when purchases were made or which funds were held or "frozen" and different petty authorization charges from card companies that I NEVER saw on the app (that apparently affected my available balance) does not sit well with me. The run around I got today as well as other times and the deplorable way I was treated by this Jen character have led me to decide to close my accounts for good, and find a more honest credit union that isn't out to bleed me dry.

I have yet to have an issue with this institution and I'm going to be brining a business truck loan over in the near future also. Samantha has opened 3 personal accounts for myself now and she got me in contact with Mindy from the Pottstown branch, so I could switch my Truck loan over at a lower rate than I had prior with another bank. Charming group of individuals who represent the credit union! I see a few negative reviews on here, and after reading their justification for the review, it is easy to tell it was just hot air from being upset.

The entire staff Is fantastic. Priscilla and Mary Joe are two of the nicest people you could ever deal with at any banking or credit union. Thank you it’s great to be a customer here

Exceptional service at the front Desk at the Exeter branch! Every time I come in to the branch it’s always a pleasant experience. Samantha and Debbie are great, anytime I have an issue, questions about my account or need to update things they are always so helpful. I have been in and out quite frequently with questions and getting my debit cards replaced because I tend to wear them out. No matter how many times I come in with questions or problems it is always a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere where I do not feel rushed or quickly hurried along. Thanks for the great service!

They updated their security for online banking. After making me change my password. A month into it I put in the wrong password and they locked me out. When I called to have them let me back into the account I was told I was not the primary person on the account. My husband of 42 yrs and I were on the account. He has never even written a check, I do all the banking and bill paying in our household. All the emails and phone numbers they have are mine and they refused to let me back into my account. They have all my business and you can not tell me that they could not ask me questions that could have been answered that would have proven who I was. I am furious with them.

My 83 year old Father was told to contact an attorney by a Diamond representitive. He simply wanted to shut down 1 checking account and open a new account so he could have a debit card attached to it. They flat out REFUSED to help him and even while my Father gave permission for them to speak to me on his behalf (he is very hard of hearing) the representative told me that she felt I was trying to monopolize the conversation and refused to speak to me. Absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated and they refused to do what my Father wanted to do with HIS money. Be cautious if your considering using Diamond.
