Preston was pivotal in getting me a mortgage for my home in 2016 (sorry I took so long to give you a review!) He was and still is extremely professional and beyond knowledgeable. He knows so much about the market and obviously has good connections to mortgage lenders. At the time, I was a single 31 year old hair stylist so it was rather difficult to prove all of my income because of the way self-employed people are judged. He got me a GREAT, low interest mortgage and when the underwriters requested ridiculous types of information from me he was there to walk me through what I needed to do. AND I closed on my new house in only 2 weeks! YES, 2 weeks. I am forever grateful and will be using him in the future. Not only will I be using him for myself but as a future real estate agent, I'll be referring him to my clients. Before I found Preston I dealt with 2 terrible mortgage brokers. I was literally laughed at by 1 and the other was more interested in her vacations and couldn't do math properly. Before Preston, I was told I only qualified for FHA. Preston got me a great Conventional Loan which is what I wanted. He answered the phone almost every time I called, no matter what time and if he didn't answer, he called me right back. I don't know why anyone would give Preston anything other than 5 stars. He's a rare honest, hard-working and helpful person. Thank you Preston! Most unprofessional mortgage broker we have dealt with. At the end of 2019 and with more than 100M closed in real estate. This 200k loan officer was by far the worst. Real estate agents be very careful.

Preston really cares about doing the right thing for his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure they close quickly with the least amount of stress. I've seen him get files cleared to close in four days which is really unheard of.
