DFCU Financial Merriman Rd, Garden City

I’ve been with this credit union for 8 years now and have never had a complaint. Their overdraft protection is far better than any bank I’ve ever been with. The cash back rewards program is a huge plus! I had my card number stolen once and they took care of it right away. They’re always available to sit down and talk to. Plus they did a wonderful job at keeping everyone safe during the time they had to shut down the inside. Thank you to all the employees that kept our money flowing. You all worked so hard during such a strange time and I want you to know we appreciate it! ✌🏽💙

Representative and supervisor are ABSOLUTELY RUDE! DO NOT COME HERE! I unfortunately had to report their branch to corporate. I have closed my account here, my sister, and my parents had to as well due to their mean and persona representatives. You’re better off using a different bank.

I went to this branch for a withdrawal. I requested my money in all 20's & in an envelope. I received &500.00 of an &800.00 withdrawal in 50's & $100.00. This is not how I requested my funds. I wondered why the teller did not count the money back to me. I started to check the funds when I got out to the car, but was running late for a Drs. appointment. I now no why this branch only gets a 3 from its customers. I think that is extremely over rated. It will be a very long time before I return to that branch & will be sure to spread the word among my Credit Union friends. I rated (1) star because I couldn't go any lower. H Klein 's

I'm shocked at all of the negative reviews on here. I've been using this location for about 10 years and I've had nothing but good experiences. Friday afternoons the line can get long but its payday and should be expected. Staff has always been helpful and friendly to me.

Love this branch. The customer service is great and the employees are very helpful. They can help you with anything you need and in a timely manor.

The branch customer service is most often untrusting, rude, and many times refuse to listen. This particular branch location unfortunately spoils the reputation of dfcu credit unions. If you would like pristine, care, and trust during your visits at dfcu, do not visit this branch location.

Their customer service team is absolute trash. My whole family has canceled all of their accounts there, and I had the pleasure of reporting the Garden City location to corporate. GO TO ANOTHER BANK OR BRANCH NOT THIS ONE PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME!!!! One of the representatives also got very personal with me, which represents horrible customer service. Your money is definitely not in good hands

They were pretty decent for the first year, but it's gone way downhill. Really hate how hard it is to find a bank that can provide basic customer service, they've deposited checks into other random accounts, and if you have any billing or card issues they will try to point the blame to some other department and that department points back to the first group. Lots of hoops to jump through and i've been left wildly unimpressed. Fine for the basic checking and savings account but i wouldn't suggest credit cards loans etc through these guys.

At first I didn't have any problems with this bank until my money came up missing out of my acct.ended up filing fraud then the bank said my name was use and it wasn't me ,went back 3-4 times trying to get my money back, they wouldn't. All the dum fees they charged you, then the lady with biggest office in the back was trying to be a smart butt in a nice way about my own money. This bank need to get more professional people in their office. Then I put money in for a bill and the bank took my money over a dum fee. I wouldn't tell anyone about this bank if you open account here stay with the person who open your account and not with the other office women. Go somewhere else not this location

The accounts are dishonest and unhelpful. They’re careless about customers and look for a way to gain profit. Definitely will not refer or open an account ever with the bank.
