Great staff, great customer service and not long lines! I've been banking with DFCU for 6 years! Never had an issue. I have a bank account, credit card and an IRA with them too! I will continue banking with them!

They do not care about their customers and have dishonest business practices. They do not show you the full data in their online access and then charge overdrafts for unclear information being provided and causing you to believe you have more money than the bank leads on. In Addition, they will still take fees out when you have sufficient funds the previous day. The bank is steeling from their customers during a pandemic lock down.

I opened a new checking account for a friend with the branch manager. She was very efficient and explained all the benefits very well. Well run fine bank!

Rushed to get to the bank before 6pm because it says on Google that is when it closes. Arrived at 5:15 and the bank teller said they close at 5:00pm. Also said that they can't control what Google says. Very unhappy that this hasn't been changed since from the exchange they obviously get this a lot.
