Desert Financial Credit Union N John Wayne Pkwy, Maricopa

What happened to true customer service, when did we stop being a credit union and become a banking conglomerate. Time has passed us by and so has desert schools. True empathy has disappeared along with customer service, just try calling and find out. So sad wish I could give no stars. .

Yesterday Chandonet helped me open a new checking and savings account. She was prompt and polite. Chandonet recommended products that made sense for my situation. She was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Hours are very convenient, staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Made a special stop to make a deposit in my account. The Bank was closed at 2:00 In the afternoon?? A sign said something about "unexpected closing " or something like that. We only have one Desert Financial in town!!

I love this bank. The representatives are always professional, friendly and very helpful. I've been a member for years and I am very satisfied with this bank. I believe they have the best car loan rates.

Just incredible. Was signed up for 2 new accounts with new debit card and paper checks; was all done in about 45 minutes and a lot of that was waiting while I made some calls to get info needed for balance transfers. The personal banker, Dakota, made the entire process fast and painless. Very professional and friendly! Best credit union around, highly recommended!

We have been with Desert (Schools) Federal since moving here in 2006. The team has always expressed professionalism, willingness and personal service. I'd bank nowhere else and have recommended friends to give you a chance - thank you for continuing to be the team you are!

I checked with this bank when I first moved here, they would not open an account for me because of an issue I had with another bank a decade ago... I went across the parking lot to the other bank & I had no problems opening an account... Maybe it was for the best, after reading some of the other reviews.

This is the worst bank in the world and the strongly would not recommend this company. I’m sure some of the people that work at the local sites are ok but when you call them, they are smartass’s and hang up on you when you need answers the most. They argued with me and hung up On my wife multiple times for a simple question wow wow wow !!
