We just got our first home and auto policy thru State Farm. I had started our quote online and got a call from someone LOCAL first thing the next day. I called back with a bunch of questions and my rep wasn't available. But the agent that answered still took the time to field my pretty lengthy call. I feel that is unusual for a commission based industry and is probably a testament to this location's dedication to customer service. Also, our new auto plan is SO much cheaper than our previous plan, I was super skeptical and had to ask 'are you SURE??' about 43 times. And they assured me 43 times that they were sure. 🤣

When adding another vehicle to my policy, Miles was amazing! He had my account pulled up before I even told him who I was, thanks to caller ID. Buying a car is difficult when you work a traditional 9-5 and you have to make so many calls in your short break. I was on the phone with him for about 5 minutes to add a new vehicle to my policy. He was polity, fast and knowledgeable. When I told him what bank I was going to for financing he was quick to know the email to send my info to and made it one less things for me to have to worry about. Derek and his entire crew is amazing and they are always there for everything I need! I would not trust my insurance needs to anyone else!
