Dennis Podzemny - State Farm Insurance Agent S 9th St, Canon City

I was already a happy auto policy owner but when I spoke with Dennis at the Home Show in Canon City he asked about my homeowners policy. What a great question! He shared that I could get a discount on our vehicle and camper insurance if we bundled them. When I called the office I worked with David W. and he got right on it! I am pleased to say that I switched my policy to State Farm and saved money all around.

We are relatively new to the area. Went in for a review of our coverage and to purchase a new product. Dennis went over current coverage and made a few suggestions and tweaked our coverage. We never felt pressured and left with what we went for and more. What else can you ask of a product that you pay for and never hope to use?

I am happy to be back in Colorado so I could switch my insurance back to this office! I didn't realize just how pleased I was with the service you all have provided over the years until I had to switch offices within State Farm and then completely change insurance companies due to moving out of state and discovering just how terriblly dishonest some insurance agents can be. What I discovered is that words like “authenticity,” “trustworthiness” and “transparency” are prominent on company websites and throughout marketing materials, but when it comes to integrity in business, the personal integrity of everyone in this office is reflected in the way you do business. Excellent service! The staff were professional, highly informative, and very responsive to my needs. My son and I were at a dealership, and it was almost closing time at the state farm office however, they volunteered to stay to complete all necessary transactions. It is because of this service, and past experiences, that i have had Renter's Insurance, Homeowner's Insurance and Auto Insurance with them. Now my son does too! On our very first visit with Dennis, we thought he was very personable. He answered all our questions/concerns on coverage for our cars and house. We were glad to have him as our new agent. His staff is very friendly; in person and on the phone. The gals go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Walking into the office is always a treat!
