I started estimate process May 11th 2021. An estimator randomly showed up on my property without even calling me back for an appointment but was glad for the quick response. Luckily I was at the residence as I live out of town. After looking at the job with him. He noted this would be a simple project. I was told Alecia would get the estimate over to me within a week. I have called 8 times and left voicemails and no one can return my phone call. The few times I did get through she said she would have the estimator call be that day, which never happened. I was referred to them by a friend who used their services and said they were a good company. I have not experienced such poor customer service. Clearly they do not need the business.

Just took delivery of my pier in Colonial Beach. These guys are pros, and very customer centric. I highly recommend them.
