I had a really pleasant and seamless experience. Delray credit counseling is very knowledgeable, and has been in the business a long time. They really helped me when I didn't know what to do. The staff is always very nice to speak with. They helped me stay on track with my payments. When they were due, and to whom. I highly recommend their services. Keep up the good work dcc. 5 stars across the board!

I started with Delray Credit Counseling in August of 2012, and as of April 24th i'll be done paying my consolidation! This company has been fantastic. They always get back to me right away with any concerns i have reguarding my account. The only thing I would say I wasn't a fan of would be the monthly statements not being correct. Theres a card that paid off in October and it still shows up as if money is going to it-which it isnt. But still. My experience with this company has been great and i strongly recommend them!

The first payment on their "program" they don't send to your creditors, they call it a "deposit" when it's really just a fee because they use every excuse in the book to not return it to you. It's against FTC regulations for a company like this to charge upfront fees so they call it a deposit to get around that and when they keep it they call it a donation because they're have non profit status. Plus they charge you a monthly fee that they won't tell you about before you sign up.

They made my payments late and it went dropped my credit score. Now I have negative males on credit score that I’ve never had paying my bill myself! They tried to blame it on me saying I was behind already. I started paying them in January and my negative late payments were in March! And they won’t even try to fix it! I would not ever use them

VERY helpful. So glad that I was contacted by them. This year has been very rough and there were 3 main bills I needed paid off. I kept forgetting to give them my account numbers to the creditors that I owed. They went ahead and figured it all out for me. Almost paid off and I didn't even know it! :)

This company is a scam. Run away for your life. They will get you deeper in debt.

At first, I couldn't say enough good things about this company, lower interest rates, seemed like a low fee, etc. The whole time they guaranteed you get your first payment back.... BUT when you are done THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY and give you a BS reason on why they are keeping it. If they really cared about their clients they would be excited that you were debt free.

My experience with this company is rated low, first they take money ACH and it takes them over 45 days to even begin paying on your debt, which by the way just added more interest. They state the company takes $20.00 as a fee per month and that was a lie it took $21.00 they also ask what you want the first deduction of your ACH to be either applied to the last payment of your debt or reimbursed, another lie, they keep it. Finally, at almost the last payments of your owed account, they make a late payment ( they sure did not have a problem remembering to take it out of your ACH account on their specific date) making it a late charge which in turn goes into your credit report. I would never use this company again because of the lies and the bad responses received during the almost two years I allowed them to say what they were going to do when getting me debt free. On the download I never got reimbursed for the first ACH or received the money back, but I ended up paying the last payment out of my own account making me take a loss by using them for almost two years that I could have paid off in a year and a half by myself. What I have read on these posts, does not sound like the company I went through and would like to know their addresses, because it totally turned me against debt consolidators with what I experienced/

Great customer service. The first payment is a deposit that is only profit for the company. It's not toward your collector. They charge interest. You are basically taking out a loan to pay off your recent debt. Pay of debt by saving up the amount you own. There customer service number doesn't even work.

I am a new customer. So far I have no complaints, only compliments. The agents are helpful and knowledgeable. The material is informative and easy to understand. I look forward to getting out of debt quicker with Delray's services.
