I had made a lot of strides on my own with my credit card debt, but the interest was just killing me. All my payments were on time and I made enough money to pay all the minimums, so bankruptcy didn't make sense. I tried to request lower interest myself, but none of my cards were interested. I had no idea Debtwave existed until I told a consolidation consultant that I wished I could just close my accounts, lower the interest and pay one monthly payment. I didn't need a settlement offer or consolidation loan, I was willing to pay what I owe, but I didn't want to pay forever. Thankfully, she had heard about Debtwave and was able to share the idea! I contacted them right away and was speaking to a rep within hours. I have been with them 6 months and I'm finally seeing my balances decrease! I have not seen much drop in my credit score, maybe a few points, so for me, Debtwave has been a blessing. I was able to set it and forget it. They take one payment from my account every month and I watch the balances get smaller!

In a world of uncertainty, Debtwave has helped tremendously. Most reconciliation companies do not pay your creditors off. They make deals with each one for cheaper amounts, which does reflect negatively on your credit, but not DebtWave! Some companies may give cheaper interest rates but your debt gets paid in full. My experience with Debt wave has changed my life! Everyone that I have ever spoken with in the company, has been kind and thorough, and wonderful! It was so easy for the company to go through through my debt history and figure out the best way for me to get out of it!! They have taken years of stress off my back and given me a light at the end of the tunnel and a way out, fast easy and I feel a great amount of trust with this company!!

I am one of those individuals that was not sure about debt consolidation. I was totally new to it and did not really understand how this whole program works. For starters, trusting someone over the phone to work with your creditors on your behalf is something you have to put a lot of trust in. The first two months is a little rocky. After two months all my creditors have approved the lower interest rate and monthly payments that debt wave has requested. Most creditors approve rather quickly where some might take as long is a month or more. It’s just a little bumpy roads for the first two months because you have to still make your monthly payments to your creditors minus how much you pay to debt wave for payments payments that are sent in. But after all the creditors approve the payment plans that way takes one lump sum from your bank account on a designated day and they take care of making payments. Like I said I was very skeptical in the beginning but in 2 to 3 years I will be debt-free thanks to debt wave! Their low monthly service fee is very reasonable. Best of all you get to call or email your personal credit counselor any time during business hours. James is my credit counselor and he is incredible and super professional!

I am so pleased with my experience with Debt wave. My worries are gone on how I was going to pay off my debt. A big burden has been lifted.

We were nervous to use a debt Counsellor g service, but we are so happy and stress free that we did. Debt wave were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They negotiated our interest rates and we have saved thousands of dollars. We are now debt free and it’s a huge relief. Our credit score wasn’t dinged, in fact it increased . I started using DebtWave around October of 2019, today is April 2 and I’m still with them. I really love their services and the agents are really nice and help you out with any questions. They even give you advise on how to better spend your money and save up. I had an issue with one of my credit cards (the credit card company didn’t want to give DebtWave authority to consolidate or something like that) and my agent got on a three way call with me and my bank to help sort out the issue m. It was great. Not to mention the fact that my interest rates dropped drastically. I have 3 credit cards that I’m paying off through them and it’s just one payment a month. Since my interest dropped by a lot, more of the money I pay monthly actually goes into paying my credit cards and not the interest. I have recommended it to a lot of my friends and family members. Really grateful that my friend introduced me to them!

Debtwave was recommended to me by a friend, and at first I was skeptical. I didn't expect to have such a big balance on my credit card, but had some necessary medical expenses. I thought I could pay most of it off by the end of the promo no interest period. The pandemic hit, my hours at that job were reduced, and no matter how much extra I paid, it didn't seem to put a dent in the interest. I was getting nowhere fast. After some research, I did call Debtwave. About six months later, I see my balance continuously lowering, and over $1000 has been paid off! The only con I experienced was that when I called one of the reps back around the time she stated, I could not get ahold of her. Several days later, I heard from another rep and got back to her at said time, to wait again. She did contact me back several days later and was able to place me or get the ball rolling. I think the whole thing had to do with COVID and people working from home with client volume.

I have been with Debtwave for 6 months. I couldn’t be happier. I am knocking off credit card debt like crazy. The people I work with are really nice and would recommend this service to anyone.

I am so very thankful for the service and benefit that I have received from DebtWave in my efforts to eliminate my credit card debt... I could never have achieved such a level of success in such a short amount of time on my on accord... and their customer service is excellent too! I feel fortunate to have paid-off my debt with the help of DebtWave. I understand we all have different experiences with customer service, but that was my determining factor/reasoning behind 4/5 rating.Customer service was inconsistent both via telephone and email. Great outlet for someone trying to get their credit back on track. I would recommend being on top of it if you decide to use them because they were very inconsistent as previously mentioned.
