Jon did an awesome job on our loan for our new home. I shopped about 5 different lenders for rates, and Jon was able to get us the best deal. He answered a lot of detailed questions I had, and he definitely knows his stuff and is good at explaining. Jon got us closed on time, even when we had some (literally) last minute requests from underwriting. Can’t thank him enough!

Overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided. Jon came in when my home purchase was about to fall through due to disagreements with my own realtor and seller's agent. He provided a clear path that satisfied both parties. My situation was very unique, plagued with issues with the sellers agent, my realtor and even the city. Jon was understanding, fair and brought things into perspective while understanding I didn't have tons of money for repairs. He worked on my behalf and spoke to everyone involved while everyone else was calling me unfair or unreasonable. I felt like he cared and understood my situation with the city POS for our house and the sellers point of view. The only thing if I had to find something to improve, would be communication. But to be honest, that's just nitpicking at this point. He deserves 10 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend him.
