Amanda Dunn at DCH is just the best realtor out here. She helped us purchase our new home and she was wonderful! She always responds to calls and questions, she's never pushy, knows the market very well, and is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. She came up with all kinds of information, from market data to building costs, she looked up city ordinances for our lender, and referred us to people that could put in water tanks and fences, etc. I couldn't be more impressed, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor :)
