    Went for routine oil change, service was great said 2 hours got it back way sooner than that! Price was way better than outside local competition. Advisor/Technician was great throughout the entire process!

    Michael Craven is unprofessional and has poor customer service skills. My car was supposed to be done in the estimate of 11 days, it is now going on to be a month, and he keeps giving me vague answers and he is not getting back to me.

    It was horrible. I had an appointment to have a new key, programmed to my vehicle. I came early, but I had my Kindle, so I was ready to wait. I was there for 5 hrs. and probably would've been there longer had I not spoken to a Service advisor...not mine, couldn't find him. They finally adjudged the service complete, and brought my car around. It had 1 key on the dash. I took off, after some words (5 hours people!!) I was on Route 4, very busy and saw my Keychain. They did not give me my original key back...I had to turn back to service to retrieve my key...had just left the office, but they demanded my receipt. Almost $300 !! No consideration, no apologies!! I can't make up that 5 hours!! They did multi-point inspection-I did not ask for this; communication would have been key!! I will hopefully not use DCH Honda again!!

    When buying my car from Honda, I had no problems! However when I went in for service, it was TERRIBLE! I would not recommend! I went for an oil change it took ALL day! Then when I went back months later, they told me rodents got into my car. After a week, I brought it to my mechanic he said that wasn’t even the problem and Honda didn’t even fix it. They also charged me too much for this service and when I went to the mechanic, it was half the price! They have lied to me numerous times thought out my time there. Telling me my car was under warranty, saying they didn’t have the parts and then magically found the parts seconds later! Even after I called them to ask them a question, they hung up on me! His name was Mike, btw! Such terrible customer service! I am still waiting on a call from them! Please do not bring your car here! Not worth the money or the lies!

    CALLED AND SPOKE TO RECEPTIONIST.WHO SUMMARILY TOLD ME I MUST LEAVE MY 2019 RIDGELINE CAR ALL DAY AND THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE PART. TO FIX GAS GAUGE NOT MOVING STUCK BETWEEN e AND 1/2 . ASKED FOR SOME TEMP TRANSPORTATION AND TOLD NOYT AVAILABLE. SHE OFFERED NO HELP. HOW CAN I LEAVE CAR ALLL DAY? WHAT AM I TO DO? NO HELP SUGGESTION. MUST BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY THINKING !!!     I worked with Abel and Paul, they were both professional and patient. They answered all my questions and helped guide me through the process. This is my second lease with this dealership and each experience has left me with a smile on my face.     Be careful with this place!!! They charge for services they do not provide!!! They charged me for tire rotation and some other services. When picking up after 5 hours!!! Inside was a mess and also when I got home looked at the tires and you can tell rotation was not done. In that case I don’t know about other services I paid for. I am done with this place for good. Avoid if you can!!!

    If you have over three hours to waste getting an oil change - book yourself an appointment here with the 20+ customers who were given the same time slot -- or drive to your nearest oil pit stop and save lot of time! Service Station is the worst in customer service!

    One year after I purchased my car from this place, I had a snafu and needed to fix it quickly. The online scheduling system did not have an available slot for 2 weeks. So I called my sales person Manny, who hooked me up the very next day and got my car serviced. That is customer service for you.

    Find a different place to service your Honda. When you go to get something simple like an oil change you will leave with something wrong. I am convinced that they tell the mechanics to forget things so people have to come back and get it fixed. As an example, they lost the windshield washer cap. Then today I woke up and my tire was flat. I don't even know how it's possible but its always something after I leave here.

    The staff can’t seem to commute with one another, as three of the girls answering the phones, each gave me different stories on why there were delays. Nancy was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she transferred me to another girl, who just ended up saying “hi…uhhhh…please hold.” They kept me on hold for over a half hour before someone finally took a message for a manager or supervisor to call me back. Which they did! I asked “how is customer service allowed to speak that way to customers wanting an update on their vehicle.” They agreed, but too little too late, damage done.

    Eh. I'm not super crazy about this service department. This was a last minute stop instead of trekking all the way up route 23 Honda, which I should've done anyway. I booked an appt for 8am to specifically have my vehicle done with an alignment within 2-2.5hrs but instead it took about 4hrs (with multiple phone calls) for updates regarding my vehicle. People make appointments for a reason and I understand places can get busy but it was literally a service techs do almost everyday. I explained I didn't need any additional servicing but instead they took my life situation and tried to use it to upsell me on BS service sales that my vehicle does not need (after explaining I just had my x-mile servicing done about a month ago). I don't understand why no one listens and have to waste time and energy on both ends when you're there for one reason. Good for a last minute stop but that's it. I wouldn't rush to go here again.

    Have been going to DCH since 2007. Purchased my first car there, then my second. Excellent service. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my car needs. Love Honda and love DCH:)
