If you want to pay triple the value of a vehicle this is the place!!!! Also you’ll pay extra for insurance until you get your own. It’s gotta be full coverage or they won’t drop the extra charge on your vehicle payment!!!!!! And get this. They need to approve of your insurance before they drop the charge how ridiculous!!!!!! Everyone save yourself the money go somewhere else!!! You can’t return anything to this place if you change your mind!!! You’re screwed with it. Id rate 0 stars if I could.

Please make this a very last result finance company . My only great experience was dealing with Shauna the best account specialist you will ever do business with. Other than that I wouldn't recommend this company . This is an last result place when you cannot get financed at the bigger dealerships. Thank God I paid my loan off in 19mths. And please know that if you get paid 3 times in a month for us biweekly workers you will be paying a extra note .

Vehicles are overpriced and junk. Car broke down a month after having it. After getting it back it still randomly won’t start. It has an electrical problem that the warrenty they sold me doesn’t repair. They had my car for 2 or 3 weeks in the shop twice only to finally tell me that. Otherwise they are rude after the sales experience. I’d avoid this place. Great finance company! I don't know why other people are negative but they were amazing! Paula was my account representative and she always communicated with me if I needed to move a pay date they worked with me! I even unfortunately got my car repo'd once during my loan and Paula helped me resolve this issue so that I didn't have to pay thousands of dollars. I was able to get my car back and now finally paid in full. I would recommend this finance company to anyone. In fact I did my cousin purchased a car from ABC Moter credit and has her loan with DBS financial. I can't say enough great things about them! Thank you to Debbie at ABC and Paula at DBS I am a happy customer! Also to the people below DBS is a FINANCE company they didn't sell you your car! If your car is junk A: why did you buy it and B: You should take that up with the car lot who sold it to you! Also I get life happens but they were more than willing to help me when my car was taken!

These people are crooks!!! They took my vehicle while on hardship during a pandemic #Covid19 . They did not warn, or call. I was only 2 weeks late but I just made a payment. And last time they took it when 10 payments late. All during the pandemic. I begged and pleaded, I did what they asked. Then when they get rude you’re not allowed too. Not surprised du to the reviews on here that I was victim to this company bad professionalism and lack of care and honesty my warranty offered tow as you can see which I was emailed by warranty and they have not honored this car has been down since Oct and 4 time previously with no fix or contacts but I was made promises by Vic who is the manager through bbb and he did not contact me back after so like I said they fix my car I pay the longer it takes it’s just a loss on both ends because the car was towed off the side of the road Oct 18 and has since accumulated a outstanding price which I will not cover I was on time with payments and they still let my car go down and refused to return my calls untill this car note was due what a coincidence no not really dbs is know world wide for this so know that warranty will not be honored when purchasing vehicle from abc motors or any other dbs financial lot

If I could give this company 0 stars or negative stars I would. I bought a car with DBS less that 8 months ago. We have had nothing but problems with the car since we purchased it. The electrical system shorted. It was not covered by the warranty. The fuel pump just blew, we contacted our guaranteed road side assistance and was unable to get a hold of anyone. We called the company to assist with locating a tow (a service supposedly covered in our lease) and now we have to pay out of pocket for that as well. Our bi-weekly car payment is astronomically high, which was fine when we signed because we thought that the warranty they provided would cover the costs of any problems we had with the vehicle. It doesn't. Word of advice to anyone thinking about purchasing a car through ABC, don't do it! The customer service department is atrocious. The fine print in your contract will make sure if something does go wrong with the vehicle you will pay the costs in full.

Dbs financial is terrible auto loan company. They will not work with you at all. They will communicate they are trying to help and they will overcharged. I had a car from them for 2 months the car already needed front breaks, rear breaks, the front fender was super glued and the car ran hot from needing coolant. Then my car payment gets behind i keep in contact with them. I make a payment and they still repo the car without notice. I asked to speak to manager they say he is on vacation all of sudden. I even have emails, text messages and recording phone call saying would be fine after of making double payment. I wouldn’t do business with them.

They dont care that they give loans to abc motors for junk cars without the customer knowledge of it being a junk car. Soon as i got my car it stopped working days later. It needed a brand new engine smh. I was without my car for months and they refused to give me a loaner. I wanted to see if they can work with me to take some money off the balance but they done nothing but charge extra money. They dont stay in contact with u only when it comes to wanting money. They dont care about the customer what so ever. They just dont care. Not surprised that this lender and abc motors have so many horrible reviews cause they are crooked and horrible. I hope day bbb will shut them down! will be looking out and making sure i never get a loan with them ever again

So here’s my dilemma I had a warranty on my car ran out because I had my car for 3 1/2 years so yesterday it started making a weird noise I took it to a mechanic he told me the engine was blown in it I called DBS to find out my options they told me that I could qualify for a service loan OK. So I’m going to pay $573 for a car that doesn’t work right now on top of probably another hundred and some dollars for a service one for the car and drop another 6 to 7000 in the car for an engine when the car is only worth left about six 7000 so it will go up to 12,000 for the car they told me even if I have the car or not I still owe The balance of my lown The way they do business and their warranties I wouldn’t go to them if you paid me they’re not worth the time

My car was a lemon they sold me car with blown head gasket and never knew what the problem was now they garnished my checks and I have 6 kids 2 with disabilities I need answers please and I never had they car for 30 days it stayed in the shop they gave me a loaner I never drove my car for 2 weeks straight bbb report them something has to be done police came to my job looking for me and a warrant served man what and I love my bosses they don’t deserve this they don’t and I don’t either

Worst company ever!!!!! Do not use them. My payments were 300 twice a month and in March I didn’t work for a month and was told that I could split up the 150.00 that I couldn’t make that month but I made the other 450.00 and never missed a payment and was never late ever!!!! They tact on 50 a moth for three months which was fine but never told me that they were charging me late fees that by the time the three months was up and it was paid up to date I had over 500.00 in late fees!!!! Not to mention my rate was 23.99 and I had 7500 of negative equity in car!!!! I finally got this paid off but they are all rude and nasty and don’t care about anything.... all other companies cared about carnivorous but they don’t they just charged me more money!!!! They should be shut down!!!!

Nasty people! I get constant calls and emails from Ashley and now Vincent sends me an email making threats. I was taken to the cleaners. The payoff on my. 2013 Elantra GT is $9000 and I'm stuck with $431 a month car payments. I wish I didn't do business with them. The state needs to shut them down.
