Kimberly Moyer was absolutely amazing!!! We show up approximately 15min before closing time, and she joyfully accepted us without making us feel as though we were inconveniencing her! She was thorough, very honest, informative and truly pleasant to work with!!! Shameka @ the Miller Lane Branch provides EXCELLENT Customer Service!! She is Personable, Courteous, Friendly as well as Professional! I have always been delighted with the service provided there, particularly with Kim Moyer as the Manager. Kim has always been accommodating with whatever financial needs I required. However, upon recently requiring extraordinary assistance with a POA and finding Kim unavailable, Ms. Shameka "showed up and showed out"... a reference to what could only be described as "Divine Intervention". Her extraordinary assistance and highly capable acumen for financial matters left me pleasantly thankful for experiencing what I had dreamt would be dreadful. I highly recommend her when seeking assistance in financial matters at DayAir. Thanks for recognizing her character in Personnel. I had several overdraft fees post on my account, due to some cancelled transactions posted by a chain restaurant, that were still pending after 3 days (long story)! I went in and spoke with the bank teller, who was very understanding, and she cleared it up and took the overdraft fees off of my account. She even allowed me to put some rolled quarters into the change machine for a deposit while I was waiting.

Ashley was wonderful in helping us recover our online banking information!!

This Monday I visited Day Air CU and a young lady named Shameka assisted me because I wanted to open a new account. She not only helped me open an account but she explained in detail exactly what types of accounts were available to me. She was precise and took her time with me.
