David helped us buy in a seller's market and kept a friendly face on throughout the process. We were first-time homebuyers and I run a small business, so I'm sure our situation was more challenging than most. But he guided us through the process, walked us through our options, and helped us get where we wanted to be. The only notes I have are that the first time buyer class is something every first time buyer should take early in the process and that folks should expect things to pop up. With a lengthy process like close, things do get a bit tricky and organizing those docs can be difficult. Overall, David did a great job! I'd be happy to work with him again and have every reason to refer friends and family his way.

However, David and his team went above and beyond in not only helping us secure a loan, but also walking us through every step of the process and making things simple and seamless. He helpped me step by step on fixing my credit. He helpped me with tools on cleaning up my credit. He showed me certain things that helpped me get extra savings & find more info in the whole process of buying a home. He met me during busy times. His knowledge of every single detail of the process was incredible. Every single DETAIL. He has a sense of humor & is personal in your needs that you want filled! I totally recommend him for the whole process!

Absolutely the best experience I've had working with a mortgage company. My last home I went through Movement Mtg *BAD CHOICE!!* David and his team were supportive, encouraging and very easy to work with. When I was at a 10 anxiety level, their reassurance brought me back down to a 2. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when/if I relocate.
