David Ross is very patient and will explain all the steps of financing/refinancing your home. No matter how many times I had questions, concerns, or frustrations with the process he was grounded, polite, and willing to take the time to make sure I was comfortable before moving forward. Dave’s assistant Rhonda is also incredible and will make sure you have whatever information you need. She is very knowledgeable about the process and about the insurance process as well. Even though I was skeptical because our first mortgage lending experience (not with Dave) was a nightmare, the only way this could have gone more smoothly is if he hadn’t needed some sick time (clearly not his fault) and I was more trusting in the beginning.

David and his team were responsive not only to the normal loan process but to additional questions we had. For example we ran into timing issues with automatic mortgage payments and processing of final loan payment (no fault of David’s team). David and his team were more responsive and gave us their best assessment of options we had to resolve the timing issues of final loan payment and automated payments to the old bank. We’ve been looking for a refinance option since spring of 2021 - no one else could provide us options that were worthwhile until we worked with the David Ross Lending Team including David Ross and one of his staff Elias Halvorson.

David Ross is an excellent mortgage broker. On the advice of my realtor, we reached out to him when we had trouble with a second property purchase and the appraisal came in low. David is a finance nerd who knows the mortgage system inside and out, and he saw that we could take advantage of a loan option that waivered the appraisal and got me a lower interest rate to boot. I will be calling David for all of my future loans.
