Darin Tsukashima and his staff, especially Carol, have been taking such good care of all my insurance needs for many years. I am amazed at how thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful they are. I can't imagine going anywhere else. And, I am very happy to be insured by State Farm. When I've needed them for information, or for claims, they have come through for me and treated me truly "like a good neighbor."

Darin Tsukashima and Carroll have handled my insurance needs for over a decade. Their customer service is second to none and they are really on top of whatever I need when it comes to getting the best coverage. I cannot recommend them enough.

Over the years I've had insurance through all of the big companies and they've all been fine, but Darin and the team have always gone above and beyond with coverage and getting me the lowest rates possible. one aspect of state farm that I really appreciate is the customer service and how quickly Darin and especially Carol can adjust and tailor each policy according to what you want. Darin and his office have been my State Farm agency since I began driving many years ago and I have loved them since day one. They have always been so helpful, quick to respond and overall a great agency. Called in today and was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant and professional demeanor of one, Melissa Garcia. She was very knowledgable and was able to not only answer all my questions, but helped me find the right insurance for my budget. Carol at Darin Tsukashima's State Farm Office is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge of the products and each customer's needs is amazing. I needed to speak with her about an estate that I was handling for a friend that had passed away. He had numerous policies thru that office. She was very sensitive to my needs, especially given the circumstances of the situation. Carol did a thorough review of all policies immediately to ensure that everything was proper order. I referred beneficiaries to Carol to handle the transition to the new owners, and all beneficiaries that dealt with her loved her! When she was unable to offer a policy to the new owner due to company policy, she took the initiative to find another company that could help them. She is one in a million!

I recently purchased a Ram 1500 and while I was still looking for a car Brooke gave me an great price for my insurance for all the cars I was calling about to see which was the best price. We have been State Farm customers for many years. We have our homeowner's insurance policy along with our auto and an umbrella policy and appreciate the bundle discount that this gives us. But the thing I like best is the quality of customer service I have received from State Farm over the years.
